Napanee District Secondary School

I taught at NDSS for nearly 20 years. I love the staff, though there have been many changes, younger teachers. Quite a few are former students. I love this school from top to bottom. The staff, the custodians, the administration, the office staff...these people are invested in their community, their students, their children. They are the heart and soul of this school. It is a remarkable example of education and community coming together. Go hawks.

principles like to act like their above the law and make student’s press charges on other students for a simple school fight, they also put desks outside of the bathrooms and log everybody who comes in and out, theyre more focused on expelling students and pressing charges then providing education, don’t listen to the other reviews theyre all jus giving 5 stars cuz avril went here

Very dirty and disgusting school. They even got a warning from the health department. Also school doesn't have a lot of money so they have no extra course and teaching is terrible. I had to teach my self a lot of things when I went to university because they never taught us a lot of stuff in the computing classes I took

They don’t take care of their building and their roof is very unmaintained and not taken care of properly they don’t care about their students and since they can’t maintain their building pieces of the roof smashed a kids windshield

This school favors/ignores the bully's behaviour and punishes the victim when they have finally had enough. The teachers are great but one step above them... not so much.
