Like the Manager she awesome with solving customer return issues . Bought an expensive battery there westside 111 ave didnt have my reciept ,She came down and explained to me in respectful manner give her credit for proffessionism what i can do inorder to replace the battery by warranty return .
The experience we had coming here for the first time was commendable. Staff were knowledgeable and if they didn't know, they did what they could to help or find out. We didn't feel up-sold and in fact we were recommended good products that were on sale. They also made us feel welcome to return any parts that we weren't sure we needed but bought anyway.

Great service, friendly knowledgable staff, and all the other clichés about customer service. These guys rock.
Tried to pick up rear sway bar links. The lady gave me front sway bar links which I told her was the wrong part. She then had the audacity to question me if I was sure and then made me wait 20min outside and sent me off with the “right” part..I drive 30min all the way back to the shop to get them installed and find out she gave me ball joints. Worst experience ever!
Got many of the parts you need for your car. Only problem is they a a little slow because the front staff are on the phone as well as helping customers. Don't forget your AMA/CAA card for 10% off.
Worst customer service Bought fuses and had to wait over 15 mins to get the items. Rep at till ignored me and helped other clients who came after me & when I got the items by same rep after 15 mins, he was super rude in responding. Didn’t had any respect for client waiting for 15 mins and response he gave felt like he was doing me a favor by giving me items. Never got that cold response along with rude tone in my life.
Usually a good experience with friendly staff until I met Kevin at the front desk who Obviously has no business in customer service as he was completely ignorant. I understand if you’re having a bad day but that shouldn’t reflect how you treat customers. He definitely didn’t leave a good impression on himself or the company he represents
i got a part from $250 and it was the wrong part and cause i took it out of the box they wouldnt take it back..and the guy i was talking to he wouldnt listen to me or let me talk...the hole time he kept saying no no no we wont take it back...and waited half hr for my part just to get it from the back...and they answer phone calls while ther serving you and make you wait 20 minutes...instead of hiring some one just to answer calls....
Never seen a front counter as slow as this location. Wait 10 minutes for someone to help when there's nobody ahead of myself in line. One front counter guy is too busy chit chatting with customers bragging about being a tire technician previously instead of keeping the line going. Wait 20 mins for the back warehouse to pull what i bought.
