I can not say enough good things about Moonglo. The customer service and repair work are top notch. These guys go out of their way to ensure customer satisfaction and equally important, they don’t recommend services or repairs that aren’t necessary. Chris, Jordan, and Stephan are very thorough and knowledgeable. They will take the time to explain repairs and ensure things are done correctly. My past experiences with mechanics have been less than stellar but my experience with Moonglo made me feel like I was dealing with a trustworthy establishment who truly value their customers. They even helped me out after hours when my sisters car suddenly died in the parking lot while picking me up after dropping my vehicle off for service. Luckily Jordan was still at the shop and he came right out in the freezing cold to figure out the issue, explain it to us so we had a better understanding of the vehicle, and got us on our way. 10/10 will be returning for any future vehicle needs!Services: Vehicle safety inspection

Dropped of my 76’ 911S for a valve adjustment and a backfire issue. Jordan sorted the valves, dialled in the timing, idle and air fuel mixture. My car now runs better than it has in ages.Services: Auto engine diagnostic

I love the team at Moonglo Auto Repair! Deb, Jo-Anne and Chris always take such good care of us and our family cars - always a friendly drop off and pick up from work, a clear update on repairs so no surprises, and great accuracy on the cost. They are always very knowledgeable and explain the 'why and benefit' easily and clearly. Repairs are always done well - if there are any follow up issues, they are quick to admit any error on their part, if applicable, and correct it immediately and without hesitation. They really want you to be happy and are true to their customer satisfaction model. Most recently, they were extremely helpful in helping me address the true value of getting additional work done on our very old car and provided me with clear options which worked out great for our family and even saved us money! I find their prices reasonable, their customer service wonderful and feel very well taken care of from the moment I enter the door. I have used several auto repair shop over the years and I have to say, I have left the best ‘til now.
