This garage is great, so far! I've had the same issue, every winter, where my car just won't accelerate. No shop has been able to figure it out, ever. After taking the time and putting in the effort to diagnose the issue, they were able to figure out the issue and then bought an after market piece for me and got me back on the road within a few days! Only reason for the 4 stars is because their labour costs are a bit pricey. Great service and quality though!

Jim’s took great care of us when we were stranded! Less then a quarter of the way through our trip across the country we woke up this morning with a truck that wouldn’t start. The friendly and professional people at Jim’s made us a priority and got us back on the road within a few quick hours. While I hope I never need their services again, if we lived in Sudbury they would definitely become our go to shop for our vehicles. We can’t thank them enough.

This is the ideal auto shop, the staff are always friendly and welcoming and my vehicle is always done on time. They are great at communicating when issues arise and my vehicle is always fixed properly the first time.

Friendly knowledgeable staff and very accommodating. On the way to camping in Grundy our driver side wiper arm came off. Called an auto wreckers which quoted the part at $60 so i called Jim's next and they quoted $30. When the part didn't come in (suppliers error) they took one off an employee's truck (because "they couldn't have me drive back without a blade") and installed it. All In it cost me $30. Thanks Rod and daughter and Jim's automotive!

Fast, courteous service. Fixed my A/C problem on my car. Found a chaffed wire and repaired it. Would recommend. Even picked me up to get my car. 5 Star service.
