Very clean for an auto repair shop. The staff is curteous and they respect their appointments schedule. I did find that for an alignment service, it took longer than I had expected about 1 1/2 hours but I also observed the technician while he was doing it and he seemed meticulous. When I left, I could clearly feel the difference - job well done. To top it off, the price was reasonable. In fact, I was surprized to see that their hourly labor tariff is at 80$/hour as opposed to many other repair shops who charge upwards of 100/hour. I would rate 5 stars if they offered free coffee to paying and waiting customers. Instead, they have a Keurig machine in the waiting room at 1.50 a pop.
I will not recommend to anyone. They ask a lot of money $1500 to change my rear breaks and the exhaust for an old Honda civic In top of this because I did not agree to the price they charged $100 for car inspection
