Canadian Tire Service - Centre Auto

Bad customer service, often my experience was negative over there, some of the clerks are rude, I’ll pay 100$ more and go change my tires at the dealership, thank you

They changed my tire quickly with no issues, offered to take my car as soon as I came, I couldn't so they gave me an appointment for the next day. Took about 1:30 for a tire and oil change +Service: Tires

Avoid that place. They will destroy your vehicule. They will put faults in your car then pretend it was there when you brought it to them. Nake sure you have proof about the state of your vehicule. Just anywhere but there. Bunch of hypocrites and theives.

Worst auto service I ever had. I was the first to arrive. Neither their parking nor their garage had a single car. I explain to the guy that it's an emergency and his only answer was: "Today, I only take by appointments", for a service you can't expect worse . The one star is just for the past

Paid 700$ for changing the front brakes! I only brought my car to them because they were the only place open on a Sunday and they said that it will be done in 2 hours. However, after waiting 4 hours, they told me that finally, my car will be done Monday morning. So I took a taxi home, and then after searching on the internet, I found out that canadian tire should offer a replacement car when your bill exceeds 750$ So I called them back to ask why they didn't offer me the replacement car; the lady on the phone said that she will talk to her manager then get back to me in 15 min; but of course, she never called back. Worst service ever!!

Both service and people are good

Worst experience we've had in a Canadian tire auto center. The price are way more higher than the other Canadian tire we used to go to and the customer service is really bad. When we told them that their price is higher. Their only answer was that's Canadian tire's prices even though we were only comparing with the prices we got from Canadian tire in place Versailles. I don't recommend it. The one in pieIX is the best too bad it's going to close in autumn.

Finally, they start to adjust their prices and employees started to be nice with customers. Service a la clientele as well is behaving more professional with customers who would like to return some products they don't like or It was below their expectations

Just needed them to check what size of spline key I needed... and they what to charge me 40$ !! Seriously without even knowing if they have this key.... really disliked the service.... The one in PiX -Ix they tried to help but they didn't had that key...

Asked to change tires and oil. Watched them work, and he wasn't changing the oil while the changing the tires. So I talked to the cashier and HE ARROGANTLY said they ALREADY changed the oil. BLATANT LIE. I said OK. 15min later he went to ask his mechanic if he changed the oil, the mechanic then proceeds to change the oil. The job took about 40min instead of 30min. Disorganized employee.
