Representative "Benny" Is a disaster. Avoid doing business with this State Farm Agency. Hung up on when asking questions, messing up my address, my shipping address and the start date of my policy. To top it off the owner (Nando) of this establishment ask me to change my google review. Unfortunately everything that I have put in this review is true and I have plenty of evidence to support it! Good Luck everyone.

Nando & team are very professional, handled my inquiry very quickly. They are competitive in the market place and are quick to respond to your questions. Top notch service. Recommend to my family and friends. Very happy to sign up.

This is such an amazing agency, I had a really pleasant experience with Benny, he is professional and super nice, really good customer service!!!!

Avoid like the plague. This guy and his staff have been giving me the run around for nearly a month now. Exceptionally poor and unprofessional service unlike anything I've ever encountered. I've had to file two complaints with State Farm and now my lawyer is involved. They told me some insane lies to try and keep me trapped in my policy - which according to State Farm I can cancel any time I please - such as "we can't cancel your policy because it's "live"" and "we will have to review any policies you have with other insurers and we have to decide which is best for you" as well as a few other little gems. After dozens of phone calls, emails, a few calls to State Farm head office and an official complaint later, I finally think it's taken care of and my policy is cancelled. Then I receive an invoice for the next month. Another complaint and a meeting with my lawyer after this, and I can tell you to purchase your insurance with a reputable agent rather than make the same mistake that I made with the office of Nando Tullo. What an absolute disaster.
