Nancy Nails

Rude nail technicians. I was referred to this store because they do piercings also and I needed to have my earrings put back in my ears (semi permanent ). I asked them if they could do it and was quoted $20. I explained what I needed more thoroughly and one lady offered to do it for me free of charge. She told me to come back in 45 minutes, as she was working on someone else's hands at the time. I decided to tip her anyway, but never mentioned it. When I went back, I patiently waited for her to finish. She stopped working on her customer near finishing up with her, and told me to follow her into a room close by. She went to the sink and rinsed her hands(1 second) without using soap. Once in the room, with the door still open, I asked her if she could wash her hands WITH soap because she was going to be touching my skin after having her hands in loads of chemicals from her customer (gel application). She said "that's it!, I'm not doing it, I'm doing you a favor! No, I'm not doing it !" I asked her if she was actually serious as she threw her body around and sat back down in front of her customer. She ignored me and did not make any eye contact with me. I told her that I was also a nail tech, which I am...and that it's standard procedure to wash your hands before AND after each client JUST FOR NAILS. I can only imagine what the procedure would be for piercings and I'm sure it would be next to something medical because the skin is exposed. As a nail technician, I'm aware that most, if not all nail salons have a very lackadaisical way of cleaning their tools and implements, but I would never expect such a childish reaction from someone who should know better and refuse to wash their hands with soap. This is definitely a public concern if they don't clean according to protocol and are performing, what I can only assume to be illegal piercings. At least she saved me a trip to the hospital. No favor is worth getting infected over. Beware! And stay safe.

Beautiful Salon!! Very neat and clean! Amazing Love Sofa type Pedicure Stations!! Great conversation with great people who made us feel welcomed and comfortable. Absolutely Impressed with how my nails turned out too! Will definitely be going back to Nancy's! Everything was just Excellent. I had an overall Great Experience. Thanks Guys!

WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!. They were very disrespect, I went to the store to do my nails, and they ask the girl who started working on my nails to leave it to do a pedicure of a customer who came after me, with no apology, when i inquired Anita said pedicures are her job so she will take care of me. I stepped out Anita went ahead to do the nails of 2 other individual before mine, and choose not to do mine nails because I expressed my displeasure that they put someone else ahead of me. I spent 4 hours in the salon at the end nancy exclaimed that I should suck up the fact that I had to wait because no one else wanted to do my nails. While waiting nancy left me waiting and also put people that were waxing ahead of me although they had no appointments. They were rude about it, never apologize, the treatment I received from them was evident that they did not value my business. No customer should ever be treated the way I was, they exchanged remarks about me in their language. The service there is extremely horrible

Good nails but It extremely poor verbal service. They need more training on how to communicate with clients. They are tired, stressed and lost their happiness completely. You come in and they make you feel unwanted right away! Even Nancy herself said "you would not want to work here, I over heard her talking to another customer who jokingly said I'll take a shift for you.How can you say that out loud while others are around!
