Took my 09  X3 in for a valve cover replacement/ oil change and spark plugs. When I got the vehicle back it was idling a little rough on startup. Took it back about a week later. They scanned it and didn't find any faults. A week later the check engine light came on so I took it back. Scanned it again, still no faults, but they didn't give up. Valvetronic maybe? That's an expensive repair. The tech was diligent. He kept at it and finally found the issue. A vacuum leak. No issues now, this thirteen year old vehicle runs like a top. Thought  I was going to be charged but these guys stand behind their work. Many thanks to the tech that performed the worksorry I forgot his name very patient and professional. I may have been a bit of a pain standing over him while he worked nobody likes that but he didn't say a word, just kept his head down and did his job. Will be back in the Spring to have my AC repaired. Excellent service and easy on the pocket. By the way,  Maranello BMW diagnosed the valve cover leak as a gasket leak and wanted $1200. Wasn't the gasket, the cover was cracked. Had I let them do the job it would have easily been $2000. My total invoice at Nanak, just over $1300. Thanks again to Nick, Rick and the guy whose name I forgot.

My rear break seized and I had a very tight schedule to take car to get it serviced. Within half hour of calling my car was a the shop and ready for pick up in a couple of hours. I had an exceptional experience at this auto shop. I was in need of a quick repair and they took care of my issue in a timely and cost efficient manner. My first time yesterday they replaced Control Arm With Ball Joint brake pads rotors  all for a great price, very happy with the job on my car  glad a friend recommended them my go to shop from now on !!!
