Nail Salon Brantford VIP

I came here to get acrylic nails done for my wedding and I'm not happy with it! white tip chipped and the girl didn't do the shape that I wanted and because of the job I do I decided to take the nails off and all my nails had fungus! this business shouldn't be open! I can't believe they ruined my nails! their products has no name and they kept convincing me that it's the most expensive product they use for customers and that it's very nice but clearly if it was so good then why did my nails turn out the way it did! these girls are scammers and all they want is your money! unsanitary and bad services, they talk about you in their own language and laugh about it like it's nothing. I hope everyone reads this before you come get your nails done because I wouldn't want the same to happen to anyone else! spend your money for what it's worth and have a technician that knows what they are doing! this place is horrendous, there's far more better nail salon in town.. the worse experience I've had. I don't like anything about this place and won't recommend it to anyone at all

The girls here are wonderful. Place is always immaculate! They always go above and beyond to accommodate my crazy schedule. They know me by name and always greet me with a smile. Excellent service and very reasonably priced.

I had an awful experience at this salon, the lady doing my nails was very rough with my hands, leaving me with 12 cuts on my fingers. On my pinky finger, I had gotten cut twice on it. One of the side, the other all along the top of my nail bed. The cut now is starting to swell, and now my family will be booking a doctors appointment for it to be looked at, the cut looks like its now infected. My mother was there with me getting her nails done as well, and she had gotten a burn on her finger from the grinder tool that takes off your nail polish. As well as having all of this, the original nail polish I had chosen had came out weird, when it was time to put on the clear polish on top. The polish looked bad enough to have it be taken off and for they had me choose a different colour. It took two hours to get my nails done, which in my mind is too long. I am not happy about my experience, I have been getting my nails done regularly for two or three years and have never had this bad of an experience before. I will never be returning.

I want to like it 😕 I have mixed feelings about this salon. The lady who was doing my nails was very nice. I just wished that she trimmed my nails BEFORE applying the acrylics! I wish I had told her that, but I didn't have the courage to do that. They also did a good job with my pedicure! I just wished that they didn't rush it 😒 But the price is right 🙂 That's an added bonus! I'm still not sure if I want to frequent this place. It's a fifty fifty. I'll try other places out.

Came here with a friend to get bio gel on my finger nails and paint on my toes. We had an appointment. The lady I had was very nice but cut me at least once on every finger and also a few times on my toes. I would say "ouch" after every prick but she clearly was not any more careful, as it continuously happened. I even bled a few times and we had to wait until the bleeding stoped to continue. I was pleased with the shape of most of the nails, but my pinky was crooked. I pointed this out and they disregarded it, saying it will straighten out once the nail grows. Definitely did not make sense to me but I left it. My hands were left so picked apart and cut up that I didn't even want to show off my nails. Extremely disappointing as I have heard really good things about them. Will not return.
