I’ve been a sugaring member here for a few months now, and I highly recommend it! You get a discount on other services plus a free service on your birthday. I got a lash tint for mine : The space is clean, bright and comfortable and the staff is sweet and helpful. Parul and Zara are great at their job, they work quickly but you never feel like they’re in a rush. I am still new to sugaring and they have been very patient and informative about the process and aftercare. I have coarse hair and very sensitive skin and I have not had any bruising or any other unexpected pain from their work. A very kind and friendly experience throughout. Five stars!

Had previously gone and had a good experience. However, the last time I went was borderline traumatic. The technician did not know what she was doing; the process took way too long and was extremely painful. It is difficult to justify going back here again when the quality of service has gone down and prices have gone up. This is an amazing wax place, they use very good wax which is very helpful with the pain. Even the staff is very cheerful, helpful and provides a great customer service.

If you want the best wax in town visit NKD and ask for Parul. She is very experienced 10+ years and uses hard wax that is less painful and more gentile on the skin. Facility is super clean and bright. She is very quick usually in and out of there in 15 mins. Lots of parking and close to the Ossington subway stop. I am a loyal customer and recommend NKD highly! Especially if you are new to waxing.
