Really enjoyed my experience at Ten Spot! I got a pedicure and the service was spectacular - the ladies were friendly and accommodating. They were also really diligent with properly cleaning/replacing their tools which I appreciated. The environment was clean and calm. It was about $50 altogether for a pedicure. I’d recommend this place to anyone who’s looking to pamper themselves a bit :

Go see Tracy Nguyen!! She is the best of the best!!!!! I have been seeing her for almost a year now and I would never go anywhere else! I get my underarms and bikini done with her and I am an extremely satisfied customer:

Appointment started 15 minutes late. Lashes aren’t lifted well. Glue fell into my eye. Girl who did them was very nice though.

Update Dec 21, 2018: I was offered a voucher for a gel mani by the owner, Laura. I was pleasantly surprised, and really appreciated the gesture to rectify the awful mani that I received from Tracy avoid at all costs!. I was advised to book with Ranju, and I loved her! She was very kind, polite, and treated my nails very delicately. She also did a much better polish job/cuticle work than Tracy did. My nails are looking pretty fab. I will admit that the cuticle work isn't as thorough as I am used to from Korean nail salons, but I am overall pretty satisfied.  Unfriendly staff. Nobody greeted me when I walked in. Polish job and cuticle work was the worst I have ever experienced at any salon in Toronto. I tipped exactly $3 just for the cost of the tea I was given. Nobody replied nor did they even bother to look up when I said "thank you" and started walking out. Will never come back here again.

I had a wonderful mani and pedi by Shay, she was sweet and attentive. She took her time but also was able to produce lovey nails in a relatively short time. Very clean atmosphere, I will definitely be back!

I got a manicure here with Ursel, and she was so thorough and professional! I was also very appreciative that they fit me in on for a same day appointment. I'll definitely be back. It is on the pricier side, however that seems pretty normal for Toronto. I would also say the interior could use a bit of a refresh, but the quality of service is so good that it doesn't really matter.Service:&nbsp;Manicure

This was my first time at the Annex location and Ursel was amazing! I was totally at ease, she answered all my questions, and I would 10/10 go back to her. The wax didn't even hurt it was hard wax and the service was fast and efficient, which is why I come back to The Ten Spot time and time again. The place has stairs, so be aware of that, 2 or 3 up to the beauty bar/pedicure area, and then my waxing room was down a flight of stairs.Service:&nbsp;Body waxing

We got a pedicure and gel manicure, and the quality of work was great. I was disappointed with the overall experience as I’ve been to other locations like the one in Port Credit and on Queen, and those are far superior. We weren’t offered any drinks and when we asked, the answer we got was “water” - even though we could see the coffee machine and sparking wine. We were making this an experience as it was a gift and I was embarrassed by the lack of service.
