I was super exited to try this place because I love Korean food and was so happy to see one finally open in the food district. Sadly the food wasn’t the best. I got the honey garlic chicken and it was tasty. I also got the cheese fries and I could finish it without feeling sick. Way too much powdered cheese. I also got the rice cakes. Super fishy and tasted really bland. Overall pretty disappointing.
I was excited to try food at this place since they have many famous Korean/Korean-inspired dishes like Korean Hot Dogs and fried chicken. While the customer service was excellent and the staff were very friendly, the food was not up to par. I got the half mozzarella half beef hot dog and halfway through the dish, I couldn’t find the beef hot dog…I cut it open and there’s this TINY piece of hot dog between a thick layer of cheese. The quality of the breading and cheese were also not the best and definitely not worth $7+. Also, the Bulgogi Cup Bob was okay, not much flavour on the beef.
Really solid Korean fried chicken spot! Chicken outside was crunchy and the inside were still tender and juicy! Packed full of flavours. Today I tried the soy garlic and curry powder flavours. Will definitely come back to try out the other options they have. I think it's a great deal $20 plus tax for 3 different kinds of chicken. That way we can explore and try out the different flavours.
A friend introduced me to Mymy Chicken recently. She said it was her favourite Korean chicken. I gave it a go, and I am hooked. The chicken that we ordered were boneless, crispy on the outside, and juicy on the inside. What I loved was the variety of flavours to choose from. We ended up with the trio chicken combo where we chose garlic soy sauce, korean style curry, along with the original flavoured chicken. My friend also suggested getting the green onion chicken, and that was simply sooooo good. Another aspect about this place that I like is that they have non chicken choices. We ordered the Ginseng BBQ Bulgogi Beef noodles, which was nice and tasty. Can't wait to go back to try other items on their menu!
Had the best time and the best food at MYMY chicken. Such a great addition to the dining options at square one. Corn dogs were a treat, chicken was super crunchy, succulent, and perfectly seasoned, rice/noodle bowls were so so hearty. The chicken is also halal, which makes it the best halal Korean fried chicken in Mississauga by far. Cant wait to go back. Dietary restrictions: Halal chicken
Really delicious Korean Chicken!! Their Boneless Chicken Combo will leave you feeling super good. We also tried their Seasoned Spicy Chicken Cup Bob that’s pretty flavourful. The $7 corn half & half corn dog is extremely delicious and definitely stands out in the menu!! Overall, this is a cute spot if you’re craving a variety of Korean Fried Chicken!
I recently tried the Fried Chicken Combo and Corn Dogs, and it was an absolute treat! The chicken had the perfect balance of crispiness and tenderness, and the sauces were great. But, it would be even better if there was a slightly more seasoned sauce. Also, I highly recommend trying their corn dogs, which are the best in Toronto.
This was my first time at mymy. I got the chicken combo, Original, honey garlic and the spicy. I like how they are separated I got to enjoy each flavor fully. The packaging is very smart and great for takeout too. Chicken was tender and flavorful. Fries were crispy on the outside. The cheese ball was sweet and so comforting! Service was great, a very friendly team. Overall, I highly recommend mymy for a great fried chicken experience.
Dropped by for a quick meal after shopping with some friends. I've been to their restaurants in North York several times and they never disappoint. We ordered 3 meal items and the portion can easily feed 4. Many flavors to choose from, if you're not sure, order the boneless chicken combo The korean curry chicken is my new found fav! Perfectly spiced with the dry rub. There are different dipping sauces on the side you can serve yourself. We also had the Cup Bob beef bulgogi with glass noodle. The bulgogi had really nice grilled flavor, and the salad along with the noodle was a perfect balance for a meal. Tables were almost full when we got there, luckily someone left as we came in and the server quickly wiped down the table for us. Service was quick and courteous, will be returning to try other stuff on the menu!
Chicken taste okay, everything else taste really bad. Cheese fries only has some of cheese powder on it and the fries seems not fresh. Vegetable come with the Rice dish taste too sour.
