Story

Muttley Crue Organics is the first environmentally friendly and sustainable pet care business of its kind in North America. Through our environmental initiatives such as composting dog hair and leftover dog food we have managed to reduce our waste to under one per cent. We are 100 per cent Bullfrog Powered with over 90 per cent of our products in-house made or locally sourced.
Our boarding and daycare facility is the first in Calgary to be completely open concept while offering 11 web cameras with full access granted to our clients 24/7 allowing them to watch the care of their dogs anytime day or night.
Muttley Crue is a winner of multiple business awards, including Community Economy Leader Award (REAP and Thrive Calgary), Environmental Stewardship Award (Calgary Chamber of Commerce Small Business Week), Best Pet Grooming (Calgary Herald Readers Contest) and Best Pet Groomer (Top Choice Awards).

Thank you for taking such good care of Charlie! We are looking for regular daycare and boarding for my little Maltese and Muttley Crue offers a trial day care. I loved being able to watch Charlie play and have fun via the webcams. I also saw him being cuddled by the staff. I got a report card at the end of his stay with pics and video and it was such a nice touch. The staff are friendly and professional. Charlie was a tired pup by the time I picked him up and he immediately napped on the car ride home. This will be my go-to daycare and boarding home from now on. Thank you Muttley Crue! Our little Miss Sith cannot wait to get to daycare! The staff are so kind and loving to her. And we love getting the photos of how her day went in the evening. At first I used to obsessively watch the live video stream whenever I could, but now, I never look. I know she's in great hands and she's well loved. Thanks so much Muttley Crue for being so welcoming of our pup!
Our Labradoodle Otis has been going to Muttley Crue for the last year. We’ve tried all services including Daycare, Boarding and Grooming, and all are amazing! Otis is always excited to go to Muttley Crue and every time he returns home with a big smile, relaxed and with great pictures of his amazing friends dogs and humans. Thank you Muttley Crue for taking care of Otis and LOVE him so much! Highly recommend Muttley Crue to all doggy families.
We took our 13 and half year old Newfoundland Black Lab Cross for the first time today. Our last groomer told us they would no longer take him due to his hip and knee problems. He can't stand for too long. Muttley Crue was amazing he was there for 7 and half hours. They bathed him and did his trimming in short bursts to make it easy for him. We got photos of him so we knew he was okay. When we picked him up he was smiling and happy and looked great. My wife paid the bill and when she told me how much it was I said we should have tipped a hundred percent. The open concept grooming looks like so much fun for the clients and staff alike. I can't say enough good things about this place. 10/10
Friendly, attentive and welcoming staff! My Pom looked amazing after her grooming appt and she looked well cared for on the video feed throughout the day. I love this place and will be visiting regularly!!
We rescued our dog last year, she is an extremely fearful/ traumatized pup who doesn’t like new people or new places. We found ourselves struggling to get her socialized so we decided to try out muttley Crüe and one could argue it’s now her favourite place on earth. The staff are so kind and the open concept has really helped her break out of her shell as you can tell by her smile lol.
Outstanding service from Muttley Crüe! We loved reading the daily report cards and seeing pictures of our girl while we were away. The report cards seemed so accurate and personalized to our dog, showing that the staff really paid attention to her needs and unique personality. We watched the cameras and noticed that the staff were always paying attention and loving the dogs. The dog to staff ratio was really great and appreciated too. Would recommend!!!!
Muttley Crue is amazing! My husband and I have been brining our dog to this kennel for about five years & we absolutely love it! She always comes home happy, tuckered out from playing and CLEAN! The staff always let us know how her stay was at the end of a multiple day boarding & takes time out of their day to answer any questions. I also really enjoy the grooming team as they work hard and do their best every time to groom our sweet girl! - we have a husky and she has so much hair and she always comes home beautiful! I would recommend this kennel 100%! Thanks Muttley Crue!!
My girl Kaia loves going to Muttley Crüe! I really like the open play area for her. There are 3 separate areas for the doggies according to size and temperament I think. Sometimes my girl is in the Modest Mutts area and sometimes she’s in the Muttley Maniacs. She’s too big for the Mini Mutts! The pups are crated for meals and rest times otherwise they are in their respective open play area complete with couches and a small play structure. The outdoor area is nice too and sometimes they put a little kiddie pool out. I can see how much fun she’s having whenever I check the live video feed. Love the pics that the staff take of her and the updates as well. You can tell they really love all the pups! We’ve done daycare, boarding, and grooming several times and highly recommend them.
