Must Hotel Motel

I had a very unpleasant experience at Hotel Le Must. The washroom had a strong, unpleasant smell that didn’t go away during my stay. The towels provided were full of hair, which was extremely unhygienic and unacceptable. Even the blanket had the same issue – covered in hair.nnCleanliness and basic hygiene were clearly not maintained. I expected much better from a hotel. Definitely not worth the price, and I would not recommend this place to anyone. Room number was 110.

Fortunately we didn't stay here long and it was just a pit stop for us heading home on our vacation. The service was awful as we had to call a number upon arriving then someone showed up to check us in. They didn't speak Enlgish, which is okay, but just came across not being helpful. Our room was on the second floor and the only way to access it was this outside staircase.... it was so rickety! One of the reasons it's rickety, we noticed as we were leaving there are no support beams! Not ideal either for bringing luggage up and down. The outside is so disheveled and made us feel unsafe. The room wasn't as bad as we thought from the outside. It was kept clean and had a fridge for our cold food from travelling. I dont normally give bad reviews, but people need a heads up before going here. Also the picture that shows up on Google when booking is NOT a picture of this hotel.

For the price and the location, it was a great little spot. It's not a glamorous hotel, but they do their very best to make sure you're comfortable. It was very clean, and we'll stocked. I would recommend it as a quick lay over if you need to stop for the night. The mattresses are the only thing that needs improvement, they were rock hard, and while some people enjoy a firm mattress, we did not.

There was never anyone there at the front. There were lady bugs all over the place in my room. Literally couldn’t sleep because of them all and started having to kill them myself over 25 lady bugs. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable.. felt like I was sleeping on metal springs. Not worth the price at all. Don’t stay here.

It took a while to find someone to check in. The breakfast was between 8 and 9am, yet no breakfast in sight. We asked for a roll on bed and we actually got a confirmation that we'd get it, but once there, no bed in sight. For the check-out, same story, no one in sight
