I have not been a student here for over 2 years. They had some form of error and charged my card $120. I know have to wait 15 days for a new card to be mailed, due to the incorrect charges. Thanks for the waste of time
Got a basic nylon string guitar for a good price. The storekeeper is very friendly and helpful.
The employees there are great and knowledgeable. They helped me pick out some good gear when I was starting out, and helped me pick out a new guitar when i was ready to move up from the beginner "Walmart" quality one I bought second hand. 10/10 would shop there again. Rating this purely on website visit as I'm shopping for a keyboard. Unfortunately, I could not see any of the products that they sell. So I'm not going to visit. In today's day and age, I'd like to think that a web page either allows the consumer to browse the inventory and purchase from or give you the option to come to the store and see first hand what you see online. Too bad. It is nice to see who their qualified staff are, but that's all I got...sorry
Great staff and wonderful Ownership. Love the Guild F2512E 12-String I picked up in there today ! Great sound. The Jumbo sound is the way a 12-sting should sound. I will be back !
Went to get a new set of strings put on my guitar. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Was a little more expensive then I thought when I went to pick it up. overall a great place to bring your guitar to.
I always bring my equipment here to get serviced/fixed. Repairs are always top quality and backed with a solid warranty. Staff are always friendly and willing to lend a hand for whatever your needs may be. Would highly recommend to anyone involved with music/instruments.
Great customer service. I decided to stop guitar lessons and inquired about getting a store credit/refund for the unused lessons. The person I spoke to wasn't able to answer my question but advised me the manager would call me back. It took a couple weeks but we eventually connected. The manager was very apologetic for not getting back to me sooner. He arranged to get me a store credit immediately. Thank you Music Centre Calgary. You truly care about customer service!!!
