Great customer service even being short staffed, the wait-time for walk-ins wasn’t too bad and the price for my DOT physical was the cheapest I could find and it was roughly $94. Once I got back in the back I was still treated with great customer service and was done and out of there in less than 20-ish minutes. Very professional and very kind and helpful I’ll definitely be coming back here when my Medical examination expires for sure.
I am not sure who the doctor with the dreads is but she is extremely rude! Basically told us the tests are lies even though we took two Covid tests both negative and said she thinks we should quarantine from everyone for 10 days. Turns out it was my sons allergies and drainage causing his sore throat. I was in with my other child two weeks ago and she said had she known his brother had the flu she would have kept us in the car. She treated my family so poorly like we had a terrible disease. It’s a shame because the rest of the staff is so nice! Makes me wonder where she got her degree!!! They got rid of Robert but they need to get rid of her! I am half tempted to report her! You can’t make kids feel like they are disgusting! If you don’t like your job quit!
Robert Ruiz is the most unprofessional and negligent physician's assistant I've ever encountered. We went to a different office after leaving this place and they provided real care for my son inhaler and corticosteroid prescription. They were shocked that this office not only failed to provide any care but forced us to sit outside in the parking lot for over an hour even after administering a COVID test and seeing that it was negative.
Went in at opening because I was having kidney issues, was asked to express what was wrong with me in front of the whole room, like what if it was private? I then waited 2 hours to be seen, I pee in a cup, they don’t see anything so he says it’s kidney stones, even though I have a history of infection, disregarded what I had to say, patted me on the back, said “congratulations” and walked out. Didn’t ask if I needed to be excused from work or anything, it was a weird ending for sure and now I’m left thinking I didn’t get proper care. I gave an extra star for the few staff that were doing their best
I'm stunned that Robert Ruiz, the physician's assistant who refused to properly care for my son today is a licensed professional. He is extremely unprofessional, negligent in providing care and treats patients with hostility. My son went to an urgent care facility under which he works for treatment of a fever, sore throat and cough. He had already tested negative for COVID yet waited outside in the car while given another COVID test. This test further confirmed that he does not have COVID however he was still forced to wait outside in 95° heat and was not allowed into the facility. My son also had his temperature checked and it read 97.7°. This PA then asserted that the only reason he was sick is because he "was not given ibuprofen" and that it was our fault for not managing allergies. He refused to administer a strep test and then delayed finalizing the visit for well over an hour. After re-emerging, he first offered to provide z pack prescription and then said "actually nevermind" stormed off like a child and then came back with a coworker and stated that he would not administer any care or treatment and that we should go to the ER. So his stance went from "it's just allergies, take ibuprofen" to "go to the ER for a chest x-ray" without any reasoning other than his own resistance to provide treatment. He displayed gross negligence and should not be allowed anywhere near patients.
Bring camping chairs. No one permitted inside. No chairs provided outside. Be prepared to be triaged outside. Also provide your history with people next to you. All patients are required to take a covid test. Good revenue stream. Only negative covid will be assisted, unless high risk. The counter individual male mid 20s, not comforting nor a great start to the process. Border line rude. Sets poor expectation for the process. The "nurse" did not confirm is kind and professional. I felt bad as she had to communicate the PA's policies. Be nice to her she just works there. No comment of the PA as i did not meet the individual. Also when did Raley no longer offer fresh hot coffee made order? Sad face here. Gotta get better health insurance.
Worst doctor I’ve ever been too by far. Didn’t check my ears or my look in my throat, she would have seen a lot of flem and irritation to my throat. My chest hurts terribly I can’t sleep and her solution was to give me an inhaler….which I already have. So I asked for my money back sense she didn’t tell me what was wrong with me or give me anything that can help….doctor was extremely rude the whole time and not helpful at all. Not sure what medical school she went to but she clearly doesn’t have the intelligence to a real medical doctor. If you’re actually sick stay FAR away from this very unprofessional fraudulent doctors office.
Worst urgent care I have ever been to. Medical assistant was a nice young man. Everyone else treats you horribly and doesn't care to hear what's going on. Their attitude is, "I don't know. You should go see a doctor." I will never go here again. I should have made the extra 15 minute trip to Lincoln Urgent Care.
I didn’t like my experience here simply because the doctor I saw was not very nice. Most doctors will make you feel comfortable especially when it is your first time ever seeing them, after all it is inevitably an awkward experience. This guy just came in and was super serious. Didn’t explain what he was doing while checking me out and just randomly pulled my shirt up from behind to listen to my lungs. I hadn’t been able to see him and he hadn’t expressed that he was going to do that so it freaked me out a bit. I had my phone in my hand because it has pop sockets on it that I play with to help me deal with my pretty bad social anxiety and while he was talking to me he grabbed my phone out of my hand and put it on a counter far away from my reach. The phone wasn’t impacting anything he was doing and there was no reason for him to take it from me. Then when he finished his exam he just walked out of the room not saying anything and I had to go find someone else to ask what else needed to be done before I left. Never saw the “doctor” again.
Doctor Anne Marie is a blessing. She made my visit to Med Care so much more better. I never met a doctor who cares so much for her patients. Thank you for being such a loving woman of God.
