I love shopping and working with the ladies at Mugford's. This long time standing family business keeps up with traditional customer service, Thanks for always helping me to find the best fit shoe and outfit!

Horrible place to shop. Staff is extremely rude. I highly recommend staying away from this place if you want to keep your dignity. Friend of mine went in to try clothes and was told she has B.O. and was asked to leave and could no longer try on clothes unless she was going to buy them. This friend of mine has no body odor issues I've known her for years, staff accuses customers of these things without any grounds. Again this is a real poor place to shop for anyyning. WARNING TO ALL STAY AWAY!!!

Mugford Shoes is a great store and a staple of the St. Thomas business community. I love the changes they have made to the store and hope to see them continue to flourish in our community.
