I adore this beautiful shoe boutique. Fabulous choices and quality. Be prepared to smile. The ladies that work in there are the best. I call this place Debbie's shoe closet. Casual to that special pair. Gentlemen there is something there for you as well. The staff is always helpful and put comfort on your feet.

I've been coming to this location and the St. Thomas location as well. In November I decided I was time for a new pair on winter boots. My old Rieker's were showing their age and had seen better days as they were at least 8 years old. Bought a new pair of Rieker's. The staff was very helpful. Now I'm a happy camper and have a pair of boots that should last for years. Kudos.

I was looking for a pair of safety boots and came to Mugford's to get them. When I brought them home they seemed to fit a little to big so I went back to exchange for a smaller size. They were more than happy to assist me and took the time to help me even though the exchange wasn't needed. The employee helping me helped me understand the fit of my boots. Will definitely recommend to my friends!

I bought a pair of Rieker boots last week. I had an excellent service experience at the time of purchase and each time I've worn these boots I have received compliments. I love this store and will recommend it to family and friends.

Spent $250 here on boots I wasn’t 100% sure on. Took them back 2 days later unworn only to be told THEN about the no refund policy. Really feel like this should have been pointed out BEFORE purchasing the boots. I have never shopped at a store that did this. And once I’m able to use my credit, I will never shop here again.

Got a pair of Blundstone boots from Mugfords and its one of the best pair of footwear I own. The staff was friendly, curious, and very helpful. Great place to shop and not just for Women!

In June, I purchased a purse at Mugford's in the Westmount Mall in London, Ontario. I didn't use it until August. The third time I used it the strap broke off. I took it into the store. I showed the broken strap. They have told me 'Tough Luck.' When I pressed the issue, the store manager told me that she could try to get it repaired but I would be charged for the repair. BEWARE BUYERS Mugford's does not stand behind the defective products that they sell.

Mugfords at Westmount mall is my go to shoe store. Heidi knows if the shoe or boot will fit before I try it!! The staff is always helpful and they make it an enjoyable experience! Thanks ladies! See you again soon! Terry F

Great place for quality footwear and designer handbags. To top it all off the service is phenomenal and the size range is so accommodating. Would highly recommend!!

This is where I buy 98% of my footwear and purses. I like the quality of the shoes and find Heidi exceptional at ensuring the shoes fit correctly. Very impressed.
