This is where John & his wife Debbie got the inspiration to name the pub 'Muckish' - meaning Pig's Back.

Good prices on beer but food sucked...

Well you know. This place is a great place to be if you are out with a team and for some fun. Its quite a isolated and private place to be honest. But it holds the value of the classic pirate tavern if you know what i mean. The lager here is more diluted than other pubs and usually has one or two attendants. Not a valentines dinner pub

Friendly helpful staff. Amiable owner. The Thursday night music jam with copy machine is a hot one for old school rock and roll. I also hear they have bands on Saturday night. A hidden Scarborough gem. Plus they serve a good tea!!!!

Great atmosphere!  The owner was present and great to talk to and the staff in general was fantastic.  Enjoyed the drink and food equally.  The wings were fantastic.  Back room has pool and darts. All around amazing experience at this tradition pub.

A surprisingly delightful experience when we searched for a late night spot. Menu was a bit sparse at night but I can understand that if they don't get lots of traffic. Friendly, helpful servers.

Mon and Wed are wings night - 1/2 price with decent portion must buy a drink. This place is really chill and it is always welcoming. Food is great and crowds are cool.

Great Guinness, owners, staff, locals, food, and prices. Can go with friends or alone, as you'll end up talking with someone else drinking there regardless. They serve Brennan's Irish food products retail also, so you can stock up on tasty sausages, bacon, and black pudding!

Really Nice place best wings at a cheap cost on Monday and Wednesdays . Fridays Nights and Saturday great music. People are always welcoming and friendly. It is a place to hang out for fun
