This is one of the best restaurants in the city, great atmosphere and amazing food. The staff is very friendly and service is quick. A must visit for good mexican food
I love Mucho burrito; but lately, very disappointed with the service the personnel changed and some of them are not very friendly, and very disrespectful to the clientele had bad experiences both on the phone and in person. They did not take my order over the phone because they said were very busy, and asked me to order on their website or to come in person, they were not sure if I could order what I wanted online or not. My husband went in person, and one of the staff was making faces at him and their own staff. One of the boxes with chips was almost empty and no sauce on the burrito. The same thing happened to me when I visited the restaurant the last time.
I love the here and the employees provide too-notch service. They cook the food great and I have never had an issue here. If you haven’t tried the churros , you’re missing out
This place never fails. I've consistently eaten here since August of last year as it's very close to where I work. The staff are incredibly nice and personable, and the manager seems lovely too. The food is really where this place shines as their quality control is superb, along with a unique menu that allows for you to try new things yet stay traditional. See you soon guys!
Probably my favourite restaurant in town, just wish it was open later on the weekends I’d definitely be buying more. As well when I order sometimes they tend to be really skimpy compared to when I go in
I found a sharp plastic clip in my chicken rice bowl. See picture. That is very dangerous. I phoned and they called back and apologized. I know accidents happen in the food industry but you guys need to be careful. I could have broken a tooth or worse - swallowed it. I am showing a picture as proof of this. Click my profile to see it. I hope to God there was no more pieces in there that I didn't catch and swallowed.
Must visit. Best mexican flavour food at neat and clean place.
Delicious, tasty, good for value and friendly service. I always get a burrito bowl and I like how since I don't eat beans, they asked me if I wanted more rice. They were also generous on the sauces, and when the corn seem to run out they went and got more fresh grilled ones. I'm very pleased with my experience.
