As far as fast food Mexican goes, the quality here is excellent. My veggie burrito was delicious, while I also enjoyed my chips and guacamole. To get better quality, you would need to go to a proper sit-down restaurant with table service. In terms of getting a quick bite, however, it does not get much better than this! Vegetarian options: They have veggie burrito options that are very good.
I used to come here almost every day at lunch at work. Their bowls are great and prepared quickly. Today I went in and there was a customer ahead of me who was very difficult, just asking a lot of questions and complaining and placing a pretty big order. I understand they can’t control their customers so that’s not their fault. But there were two other employees working watching me waiting and nobody bothered to even acknowledge that I had been in line for ten minutes. I don’t understand how nobody considered helping the next customer. I worked in customer service for years in the past, it’s common knowledge that you can help the next customer if one customer is causing a disruption. Anyways, won’t be back after this. Can’t believe the staff could be so inconsiderate.
They completely burned my double shrimp order, and they didn't even care. I ate one to see if it would be okay, and my mouth has tasted like a burnt down chem lab for the last half hour. Go to the one at college square.
Food is good, staff are friendly and helpful. Tables are not cleaned frequently enough during rush times, but can usually manage to clean myself.Food: 4/5
I come here once or twice a week. I am obsessed. Healthy, fresh and doesn't make my blood pressure go up from all the sodium like other take out places! The service is also great
Service is alright. Depends on the night. Portion sizes also vary. Often when I go to this location it’s disappointing. I’d rather choose college square due to portion sizing for the same establishment being so different.
Very clean, good staff and good food. The price is very good for what you're getting. The food was prepared fast. It's in a convenient location. It's right beside a bunch of stores and restaurants so it's great. If you're in that area it would be worth while to check it out.
Even though they were really busy the service was excellent. The employees were fast paced and friendly. Couldn’t wait to get home to try burritos were delicious. Lots of plant based options!
Service is what can be expected from a fast food chain. Food is always the same quality, standard quantity. The staff are never friendly, very monotone, and disassociated, but get the job done.
This location seems to have smaller serving sizes compared to Kanata Centrum location and for some reason the flavor was not as good. I'd put it down to just a bad day but my partner had the same experience. Still good, but not as good as Kanata Centrum
