Never had Mucho Burrito before, and the food was pretty good. The customer service, however, was exceptional. We were treated so well and the employees went over and above to get our burritos made just the way we like them. We dined in and they even went so far as to come and clear our trays for us. Would go back just for the service alone
Ever since they've been under new management I've had nothing but good experiences here. The staff is friendly, the ingredients are always fresh used to be inconsistent under previous management - much much better now. We came in and the veggie bowl was running low so they prepared a completely fresh batch for us without us asking. Definitely my favourite comfort food in London, with great vegetarian options. Love the fried onions topping. Completely recommended! Vegetarian options: Plant based beyond meat crumble as a burrito base.
My food was decent, not as flavorful as I would have liked, especially for the price. However my girlfriends burrito bowl was terrible, the sauces curdled and tasted like it had gone bad, parts of the veggie ground were actually as tough as rocks and the cilantro was black and shrivelled. On top of that the person behind the counter didn't acknowledge us as we entered after we said hi and didn't say anything to us until we went over to the order side. We threw out her food. Very disappointing.
This used to be one of my go to places to get dinner when I used to work close by. Now, I only come by when I actually pass by the place or else it’s out of the way. Today, I got a quesadilla and it was very delicious. The girl with glasses was very nice and made my food really well. Serving portion was really big. The store was empty during my visit even tho it’s a Friday. Very clean and a good place to grab a bite and just chill and watch what’s going outside through the gigantic windows.
Mucho Burrito Downtown is a great spot for anyone craving delicious Mexican cuisine. Since the change in ownership, the food has been even better and that you appreciate the use of fresh chicken and veggies that are made in front of you - with fresh ingredients and great flavors. The owner is kind and welcoming, making for a great dining experience. Overall, it sounds like Mucho Burrito Downtown is a great spot for a tasty and satisfying meal. Highly recommended!
I went for dine in last week. The store was clean and staff was very friendly. Other than that obviously the food was fresh and the portion size was just right for me as well as for my kid. Taste was so good. This will be my go to place for sure. Highly recommended. Thank you for the best service.
To say it was disgusting is an understatement. Food was mushy, cold and over cooked, no taste, really small portions, . They are trying to cut back and serve less than mediocre food but in times like this with so many awesome food choices you need to STEP UP your food game especially if you are a franchise. The sad part is we drove around in the God awful snow storm for about 45 mins to find a decent restaurant that was open and settled on this place because the one on Wellington is FAR superior and it was gross. Mucho burrito in general is GREAT but this particular location needs Franchise management intervention. Stat. To the person that replies to the reviews, "don't say you will discuss it with your team" do better and FIX IT! You are making Mucho Burrito look bad.
Awesome place to have full packed burritos/bowls with healthy and fresh toppings. Staff if very friendly and serves good portion of food. Always goto place and i highly recommend to people.
