Absolutely amazing service! Annika called us after we ordered through skip to clarify a few things and to let us know that there was no guac left and asked what we wanted instead. Talk about going above and beyond to make sure you are happy with your order
They are very fast and I like the costumer service of this location. I am from lethbridge and i m go back lethbridge again and i found mucho burrito location here. Well cleaned specifically and so friendly and nice person. And she prepared my food very well and its so tasty. I don't loke another location and specially awesome customer service of her.
I went a bit later in the evening but the food felt a bit cold even though it's in warmers the temperature should be higher and when warming it up in the press the temperature was a bit cooler than my liking if so then the should have turned the burrito over to warm and brown all sidesFood: 3/5
The young lady helping my wife and I was very helpful and pleasant to deal with I regret that I didn't get her name. The dining booths could have used a clean up though.Food: 4/5
the ladies working here immediately started making remarks about us eating at 9:30pm once we sat down to eat. they were not happy to serve us after a long day at the lake :’ why be open until 10pm if you’re going to complain about people coming in before close? giving one star because food was good, though.

I visited this location yesterday. The rice was hard and cold, which I didn't realize until after I had left. I ended up throwing out the burrito because it was so bad. I called the store promptly to let them know what had happened and to inquire about a refund. The person who answered the phone said he had to call his manager to ask how to resolve the problem. I offered to give my phone number but the staff member said he didn't need it due to caller ID. Unsurprisingly, I never heard back. It was super disappointing that customer service was even worse than the food.
I dont trust places that don't pay their employees on time or correctly. It is a sure sign of other deficiencies within the restaurant. A mad employees isn't someone I want making my food thanx.
Probably the worst burrito I’ve ever had. Nothing was seasoned properly, the chorizo was underwhelming and it was cold by the time it was delivered. We don’t live too far from the location so that was disappointing as well. My boyfriend ordered a build your own bowl and they missed out on plenty of items. Now we did order like 30 minutes from close, but that’s still no excuse to just throw our food together and call it a day. Sorry won’t return.
