Super delicious food, Can’t go wrong here!! One star less for lack of service. Had to reorder a couple times and wasn’t given a heads up of the kitchen being closed. But food is spot on! The hard iced tea was super smooth and good.
Absolutely delicious! Found this gem in Leduc and it’s probably the best Mexican food in all of Alberta. A tad pricey but you’re paying for the quality so no complaints. Portions are huge too :
This is one of the best Mexican Restaurants I have been at in Alberta. The burrito was packed flavour. It is also near the FLO charge point. The fast and prompt service at the restaurant even though they where busy a good sign I was back at my EV before it wrapped up charging.
Have gone twice now and they have been consistent. I was pleasantly surprised with stumbling across this gem after the Edmonton international airport. Would recommend checking this out if you are in the area. They also have some of my new favourite flavoured waters I’ve ever had.
Where do I start ... to be called Mexican food, the truth is that they lack a lot, gentlemen, the tacos do NOT have cabbage...just on fish tacos and not all the time First of all, the beans taste like a can, the rice is hard, the tongue that was what I ordered from tacos, it has no flavor, it is supposed to have sauce and maybe it was a free sample because not even for a taco I could reach it and the tortillas were better or we didn't even talk. Please if you are going to say that it is Mexican food, try a little more, as a Mexican I really felt sorry for others. What if I can say, congratulations to whoever packed my food, the drawing of a cow on the packaging was truly divine! I give the place 2 stars because they have a great sense of humor.
This was our first time here and we will be going back soon. I had the margarita and it was perfect. My husband had the shrimp enchilada's and I had the beef tostado's. Our meals were delicious! We then shared the churro's - yum. I forgot to take pictures of our meals because we were so excited to eat it! But you must go - you won't be disappointed.
The staff was amazing and super super friendly. Everything tasted so good and so incredibly fresh. If you want a great night out with some mouth watering authentic Mexican food come to Habaneros. You will NOT be disappointed. I'll be back!
The food was bussin as usual, first time trying it out. Chicken quesadilla was packed but that just made it better
Goodness me… We are visiting Edmonton and tried to find a Mexican restaurant that was open and had reasonable ratings. Stumbled onto Habaneros Mexican Grill and thought “4.5 stars with over 1000 ratings? No way” I am very glad that my wife and I came out here. So worth the short drive… The staff are amazing. They are so welcoming and friendly. 5/5 for the service from everyone. The food. Fresh. That’s the word. Fresh. Everything tastes amazing, but watch out for the spicy sauces. When they say “crazy hot” they really mean it. Everything is so good. You must try this place. Must. I live in the Northwest Territories and will be back here every time we are in Edmonton. For sure. Yummy.
I've heard a lot about this restaurant so I came in with high expectations. My first impression when the waitress sat us next to a dust infested silk tree was the whole place could use a good cleaning. The drinks were good and the Gusacaca was incredible! The rest of the food was hot and that's about it. Everything was so bland, the chorizo had no flavor at all. What made this a 2 star and not 1 star review was the Gusacaca!
