Good place for a burrito. I had the veggie protein bowl today, the balls I got were very dry and tasted like sand a common mistake many restaurants make with their veggie balls, not actually tasting them. Otherwise the rice was fresh along with the beans and all the other veggies so I still enjoyed the bowl by crumbling the veggie balls in it. I will still come here for a burrito but not a bowl.
My kids just bought two burritos, one small and a regular, the price two dollars difference, as you can see they are pretty small, my son paid like $12 for a kiddie size burrito small When we got home they were so disappointed, we have tried the Newmarket and we have no complaints The ingredients looked and tasted old and barely any meat. I thought from the time this place was opened the had learned how to serve and make a burrito My husband and I tried it the first day and felt so bad for those kids serving, they had no clue, I remember the owner walking in but didn’t stop or help them, Our burritos were cold and the grilled wasn’t hot enough. Perhaps owner’s fault for lack of training. They did say the lady was nice and polite though!
Tonight was the second time we have gone in for dinner only to be told that there's "no chicken left". It's 5:30pm and they haven't thought to prepare any chicken for the dinner rush? When they ran out of chicken, nobody thought to make some more? Is there no chicken left in the building? I don't get it. It's like they are trying to put themselves out of business. Does the manager know this is happening??
The person who served me took around 3 minutes to serve me. It has been one year since I've worked there and I come around often and then to purchase a burrito. I cannot believe how low the quality of customer service has gotten. When I walked into the store, a lady was stocking the drinks refridgerator. I assumed she stop and serve me which what she was supposed to do. Instead, she takes her time throwing empty bottle wrapping and cardboard by throwing them on the floor in my view. It seems like she was having a very bad day? She went to the back for around 3 minutes taking her time then eventually noticing me and asking me what I would like in an annoyed voice. She did not even wrap my burrito properly and put like 1/10 the amount of sause you were supposed to get for each sause you asked for. She did not even ask me if it was to dine in or to go just simply a "here you go" in an again, tired/annoyed tone handed me my burrito without a bag. The managers need to do something about hiring the right workers, because customer service is the most important thing in a successfull business. Would not even give this rating one star, more like a 0.5. Honestly, other mucho burrito establishments are much better than this one in Bradford maybe its just this one???
walked in, was the only customer in the store, associate didn't come out to greet me for about 7-10 minutes. had to say hello multiple times just for assistance. wasn't even greeted, just right off the bat 'no chicken, not ready yet' even though they've been open 3 hours at this point. will not be returning to this location
My husband and I visited your Bradford Location on June 30th. While the food was excellent, the use of your washroom was deplorable. It is a single-use washroom with a steel door. The lock on it is a residential flip and slide night lock. Easy enough to lock, but impossible to easily disengage. After several times of trying, I started to pound on the door. After 5 pounding stints, my Husband was able to hear from where he was seated at the front of the store. It was starting to get busy, just after 12pm, so there were a few people talking/ordering and could not hear my pounding. Wondering where I was, my Husband came to the door then an employee came to the bathroom door as well. She told me that her Mother had got locked in and she used her keys to pry at the lock to get it to release. I walked into the bathroom with no purse or phone. If this was a known problem, why is this lock still being used? There were no instructions in the washroom of how to operate it. The employee proceeded to tell me how to release it and after several times I was able to release it. Meanwhile, my Husband who is a Volunteer Firefighter had planned on how to knock out the wall beside the door, to free me. He was ready to call 911 for the police and fire department to come in and do a forcible entry to get me out. This was an inappropriate lock for a bathroom door due to the fact that it is complicated to operate and prone to sticking. Customers should be warned that they could get trapped inside the washroom. Parents should tell their kids not to lock the door and parents stand outside the door while a child is inside the washroom. Is this the new normal for Mucho Burrito washroom facilities?
Walked into no greeting. Had to yell for an employee whose first words were no chicken in a rude tone, despite them being open for three hours at this point.
Unfortunately, quality of food went down , I can only eat vegetarian and I really love their grilled veggie, I came multiple times to see when they will have the grilled veggie , they tell me we don’t have it !! I come another day hoping they will have and nothing … I used take nachos with my order in a bag now they tell me you can’t unless you dine in! Very inconvenient and I am upset as I can’t seem to order anymore … what I want as they don’t have it ! Sad.
We had Mucho Burrito for our staff meeting and all of us agreed this was a fabulous lunch!! Everything was so fresh and tasty. Can't wait to have for the next event!!
Lady working there was friendly but with no knowledge of how to wrap a burrito. Veggies were soggy like they have been sitting there for a few days. Steak was Bone dry and crunchy must have been at least 2 days old the guacamole was brown and runny. They need to look after the food more often Majority of the food was at minimum 24 hours old. Lady making the burritos was nice and polite but she needs to be trained more.
