We had an amazing stay at the MTN hotel! The place was incredibly clean, and we were treated to a stunning view of the Three Sisters mountains right from our room. To top it off, we received complimentary wine and chocolates along with a beautiful card full of lovely wishes for our anniversary – such a thoughtful touch!nnThe staff were all exceptionally friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The food was fantastic as well; every meal was a delight.nnWe’re already planning our next getaway here. The hotel is still finishing the spa, and while the hot tub wasn’t ready yet, we can’t wait to try it out once it’s done. Highly recommend this place!
We recently stayed at MTN House by Basecamp for two nights, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The check-in process was seamless, and the staff were welcoming and helpful. Our room was modern, clean and very comfortable. The location is perfect, within walking distance to many great restaurants and attractions. This hotel offers a wide variety of options. We also met Rene & he was incredibly friendly and went out of his way to ensure we had an amazing time. He provided us with excellent recommendations for the best tourist attractions in Canmore. Overall, a fantastic stay, and we will definitely be returning!
Honestly, worth every penny! The hotel was in a very convenient location & the rooms were a totally V I B E! One of my fave parts was all their hand soaps, lotion, body soap shampoo & conditioners were from Rocky Mountain Soap Co! Usually hotel soaps & lotions are … not good but they didn’t miss a single detail! I will forever stay here when in Canmore! 10/10 would recommend.
We had a fantastic experience during our stay, even though it was just for one night. The accommodation was wonderful—clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. Rene was incredibly friendly and went out of his way to ensure we had a great time. He provided us with excellent recommendations for the best tourist attractions in Canmore, which made our short visit truly memorable. The location was perfect, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and inviting. We can't wait to come back again next summer. Highly recommended!
Very clean room. Comfortable king and pull out double. Nespresso machine in room. Rene at front desk was super helpful and drove us in to town to get dinner, we walked back in about 15 minutes, easy walk on wide pedestrian paths. Rene gave great local info and very hospitable. We would stay again for sure.
