Small full-service hospital with quality services and incredibly nice people working for them. Everyone I met, from cleaning staff and CNA's to technicians, nurses, and doctors were friendly, transparent, and easy to communicate with. The staff made my stay which is never fun a much better experience than I could have imagined.
i've had three experiences over the past 10 years at this hospital, all have been everything you would want when you find yourself in the situation of needing hospitalization. The staff are knowledgeable and obviously intent on providing the best care possible. They work as a team and are supportive of one another. My last experience was in same-day surgery, so I was able to see and hear a lot of what went on. It was friendly yet professional, helpful but not overly so. The perfect hospital experience.
Staff is wicked professional ,caring, nice, and informative. They calmed all my concerns for my same day surgery from the moment I walked in.
I never write reviews, but I thought this place really deserved the 5 stars!! I came here to the emergency department, I had basically no wait time between being checked in & seeing the nurse. All of the staff here was very thorough, and kind! They made sure to address all my concerns/questions. I hope I don’t need emergency care again anytime soon, but if I do I’m definitely bringing my business here!
A dangerous place to receive treatment because their primary goal is to squeeze people for money, even at the cost of injuring the patient. Sky high pricing and a culture of covering for each others malpractice. After receiving treatment here I'm lucky I can still walk today and I'll never set foot in there again
Ascutney hospital in my experience has always been a great hospital but I would not recommend dr snow I was not impressed with his bedside manner’s or his personal opinions. Females beware he is worried about your weight never your symptoms.
Asking patients to come in, only to say they can't help and need to send you to dartmouth Hitchcock. Thank you so much for the waste of time and money.
Drs.Duncan,Daly,Bettencourt, and King are the most compassionate,knowledgeable doctors I’ve ever known. I worked in the operating room for 30 years and these doctors are some of the best. The hospital staff on the floor are wonderful. You can’t ask for a better hospital than Ascutney
They are VERY FRIENDLY, CARING,UNDERSTANDING. No matter what department of the hospital you go to they are always eager to help. They truly care about you. When you go back they remember you.
Always get treated good there and staff are friendly.
