Excellent spot to see planes take off and land, get deiced, just a cool place to go for a minute. Great photo ops, but if you want to avoid the fencing, bring a little ladder.

Best airport viewing area in the US in my opinion. Terrific location in between the runways!

Really cool place to come and relax, and watch planes take off. The drive to get to the viewing area is also neat as you get to go under the tarmac and see a lot of the airport you would t normally see. Highly recommend for a short day activity.

This is an excellent idea by the airport authority/city! I popped over in the afternoon and just geeked out for an hour or so. Easy to find and get to. For the best viewing experience, you'll want to make sure Runways 12L, 12R, and/or 17 are active when you go, as the viewing area is nearest to 12R.

Neat place, fun just to drive out and back. 2 picnic tables, ~2 benches, 1 sign to help you ID various aircraft, no shade. Plane volumes we're ok even in the current COVID era August 2020. We came for lunch with a 2 and 4 year old stayed about 45 minutes not a whole lot longer than it took to eat and it worked out perfectly.

Fun to watch the planes take off and land. Brings back good memories of when our son was little and his favorite thing to do was to go to Post Road to watch planes. He is now an Apache Helicopter Pilot in the U.S. Army

I love this area. This is my happy place. Great place for viewing aircraft.
