Had a fantastic experience with Dr. Cashman with a recent neck injury. I live in downtown Vancouver but the commute to see him was well worth it. The staff is so friendly and the practitioners are very experienced. I got a lot of relief from the adjustments I had - I was even breathing better afterwards and noticed a huge improvement with my posture! I will only ever be coming here in the future for any treatments. Highly recommended!

The treatment is not amazing but it's good, I cannot complain. But one of the most hypocritical people or policy makers I have ever experienced. I went there twice, and both times had to wait for 15-20 minutes. I was never late for any of those appointments and wasn't mad until the following event happened. They have a 24-hour cancellation policy which is understandable. But sometime situations arise. I called 12 hours before to cancel, explaining that something major came up at work I work In IT and unexpected deadlines are common. Now if your time is so important, respect other people's time as well.

Billy was such a nice, very knowledgeable and great RMT. My shoulders, neck and back were relaxed and loosened much more than before and I felt very satisfied after the massage. I would highly recommend— Asuncion B.

Great clinic. Sam is an amazing physio who is dedicated and truly focuses on actual recovery and physical improvements, rather than just "cookie cutter hook you up to a machine and go see 7 other clients" which a lot of other physios seem to do these days. Kudos young sir, kudos!

I have been a patient of Dr. Cashman for longer than MSK has been in Burnaby. He's always professional and regardless of why I'm there to see him, I always feel better once treatment is complete. Recently I have had the good fortune to become a patient of Mieguen for massage treatment and enough good things cannot be said regarding her. I can't believe how well she can target the issues I'm having and although it's not a painless visit when I see her, I always feel better when we're done.  I also have occasion to see Chloe for physio as well, she's very helpful, knowledgeable, and pushes me to my limit in a safe and caring environment and working together with Mieguen and Dr. Cashman, I feel like a new man when my treatments are complete, and I'm an old guy so feeling new once in awhile is amazing and I have this team to thank.

Samuel was very professional and was very thorough with his diagnosis. I felt very comfortable with discussing my injury with him and he provided some exercises and stretches to help with my lower back. I would recommend Samuel!

Mieguen is so great! She’s attentive, patient and genuinely caring in her work. I always leave feeling rejuvenated and relaxed :

Billy was so lovely! He has such a cheery personality and constantly made me laugh!  I had such a stressful day and coming in to see him really turned things around. He was super understanding of my situation considering I was 31 weeks pregnant, extremely large and in a lot of pain and he ensured I was comfortable and well taken care of. He addressed my areas of concern and was always mindful of pain management especially because I was pregnant! I will definitely be going back to him! He’s professional, knowledgeable and excellent at what he does! I would highly recommend!

Billy was amazing! He's very knowledgeable and also very down to earth. I never felt like he was talking down to me, and he was really working with me, listening to what I had to say. He explained every step before he did it, and made sure to check in regularly to confirm I was comfortable. He also made jokes and kept the mood relaxed and comfortable. I really appreciated the time and effort he put into making sure I was getting the best care for me. 10/10, will definitely be coming back for regular sessions

I have been going to MSK for about 10 months I would say. I just love their service here. I am an athlete and I get the best service here for my body. I have a bulging disc in my back and going to chiropractor with Mr. Cashmen and physio with Mr. Mu has helped me so much! They have always had my best interest in mind and have helped me recover so well. Would recommend to anyone!
