Roland, Sarah and the team at Mr. TAZZY are professional, timely and customer-focused. Thanks so much for your help today on one of the coldest days this winter! Car battery was diagnosed and replaced, and I was on my way back to my family in no time. Highly recommend their services.

Mr Tazzy really knows cars well. Any problem i face with any car wether its small or big these guys can pinpoint it, and pretty quickly. Prices are fair and they dont try to upsell services. I will be using them for a long long time. A good honest mechanic is hard to fond in this day in age! Mr Tazzy is one of them

Very good shop, Job was done on the right way, Car perform better than when I get it from the Mercedes Dealer in Oakville; I had done head bolts, and 2 camshafts , it has been suggested other upgrades- as valve buckets and an oil cam which I agree with Roland to do them. He is a very knowledgeable tech. and give me the confidence from beginning, he has experience, and I will drive a better car than I drop it at the shop. Haven't done a Dyno test- but for sure HP & Tq has been increased a lot just by getting the engine on the straight point. They did other jobs like last minute request, and all together get me a very good price! Their alignment make me so happy I finally could enjoy the C 63 as a sporty car- Takes me so much time to complain at Oakville about my issues and didn't get them straighten up. I will be back for other jobs. Thank you Roland!

Great and friendly experience. Everything that was done was explained to me in detail and you can tell they genuinely care about providing a quality service and are not trying to make a quick sell. Highly recommend their service!
