Would HIGHLY recommend this place. The pretzels, pretzel bites and mini pretzel dogs are always made fresh, and the cookies are soft and not so sweet, just the way I prefer. They also added other products like Halo-Halo, lemonade, and Taho soybean curd with syrup. The staffs were also great and friendly.

I had a somewhat unusual request for a giant cookie. For our 13th anniversary, I wanted "Anniversary the 13th" with a Jason Voorhees mask. They crushed it.

Recently started going here after multiple poor experiences at another pretzel location in Bramalea City Centre... you will ALWAYS get a fresh pretzel at this location, and the short wait time is always worth it. My only experiences have been with Katherine and she is so sweet and has remembered me and my name as well. The pretzels itself are ALWAYS great quality, taste amazing and like I said, THEY'RE FRESH. I watch her make my pretzels, whereas the location I used to frequent, you would walk by and they would have like 10 pretzels sitting in their display case, and usually not fresh. GO HERE, I so so so recommend it!!!

I really love it here, from the cookies to the macarons to the slushi is really good. It has a combination of a pretzel maker plus Ms fields, which is an amazing combination. The people who served me were really nice. I would recommend this to anyone who wants a bite or a full meal as it has hotdogs as well

Amazing service from Catherine, definitely will be coming back! Cinnamon Pretzel was delicious! She recommended the cream cheese dip which was so good.

This location is amazing and also doubles as a Mrs Fields. We come here all the time and the owner / staff are truly such good people. The taste & customer service are always on point. Highly recommend.

Catherine was amazing I came with my daughter towards closing and she was still so helpful and accommodating to us, pretzels were fresh and tasted amazing super friendly I highly recommend eating here!

This place is absolutely unbelievable, i left speach less, it was after they closed i asked if they vould make me a drink but there smoothie machine was shut down so they offeeed me a couple of bottles of bottles of ice tea with a discount i couldn’t believe it then i asked for a coiple cookies and she gave me way more thwn i paid for, the women owner has a heart of pure gold, if your havinng a bad day stop by ms foelda in bramalea and no matter what you get or wven if you dont get i can almost guarantee you will leave feeling super happy and the rest of your day will be blessed from Your experience there!!

I would never recommend going to anyone. Preordered a cookie for Valentine’s Day. Came to pick it up and it was like a 5 year old decorated it. The lady was basically yelling at me telling me that I was wrong and unreasonable. She continuously kept telling me that what I want she can’t offer when everyone else picking up cookies had exactly what I wanted. All I wanted was what they had a picture up off in their booth. She then said I didn’t clearly say what I wanted when I ordered but wouldn’t speak to the person I ordered with so we could clear up the fact that I did. Wouldn’t make me a new one or give me a refund. Instead told me she was done talking to me. I will share a picture of the cookie and you can be the judge of this situation. The most shocking is she kept saying I do whatever the costumer wants but then would yell at me saying I can’t offer what you want. People in line were saying I was right and they had rushed my order, wasn’t done well. In the end I left without a cookie and no refund. Please save your money because she ruined my Valentine’s Day
