I’m so happy that I came across this bakery in a google search. They answered my questions very quickly they even accommodated a dietary request at no extra cost even though I was willing to pay for it. I was given a sample of regular cupcakes that were better than grocery store ones. The situation was I needed custom cupcakes for a hockey dinner party and they came through and the cupcakes were amazing. The only reason for the 1 less star than perfect was the cake pops had a flavour that we didn’t recognize and it wasn’t a fan favourite… our next battle of Ontario party is near the end of January I will be recruiting them again and if any of y’all have a secondary dessert recommendation for the next time I’m happy to see some suggestions maybe grand bakery is too and we’ll get those instead. Our team won!!! I love this place and the people and the CUPCAKES!!! Thank you for helping us and for your talent ~ cheers
Awesome bakery for custom cakes. They made very fresh, yummy cake for my son 1st birthday, communication and all instructions were followed even did some extra work. Absolutely recommend it. It was a mango cake and decor was just like pic i gave
We had almost 4-5 cakes this year form Grand Bakers and no doubt they all were delicious. Their price is also reasonable and affordable. We tired 5 different flavours and loved all of them including gulab jamun, butterscotch, rasmalai, vanilla and marble . We will keep getting our cakes from grand bakers in future as well.
I ordered a Octonaut Photo Cake for my Daughter birthday for her day care . Cake was beautiful and really nicely made. Everyone loved the cake. The quality was really good and it was made on time and with the all the instructions provided followed. They also provided a statement needed by day care for the ingredients. Thank you Grand Bakers for making my daughter favourite cake with such beautiful details.nHarps Kaur
Very unprofessional i went to purchase some edible prints for an order i gave specific instructions on what id like to have printed and how. the attendant she said send a screen shot of the image ,she came back with extremely small images and not what i asked for i explained to her what i requested and that the item provided was not okay . the owner then came to her defence saying what you send us is what we print . now that i believe is fair however when i asked will the image be distorted as its a screenshot and zooming in may alter the image and she advised that it wouldn't and well it in fact did . he then said he will re print another one to the image size i needed which was great. How ever i ordered 2 sheets to be able to wrap around the cake he only printed one and advised just put it on the front and cut it up to hide stuff instead of just giving me what i asked for and then continues to discredit me as if i havs no idea what i was doing . i run my own business just needed some prints untill i got my printer up and working . but horrible service . rude owner staff out to lunch and all around bad experiencenNever again
