MrBeast Burger

Ordered through door dash. Both ordered the mrbeast burger. Both were dry, tasteless, and cold. Thin overcooked patty. We got the beast style fries, and it was just stale hard crinkle fries with soggy pickles, and a whole piece of cheese just set on top. I had been starving during a 10 hour shift, and I didn't even want to finish the trash. I am never eating here again. My coworker took one bite of the burger, and couldn't stomach to eat more. Also, we never got our drinks. Order number 1010416

All burgers and sandwiches were so gross I was shocked and all buns were burned only fries were ok. Fire cook or this place gonna go under

They made the wrong burgers for our order, the fries were stale with no flavor. It wasn’t even a full order of fries either. Then I bit into a bone on my first bite, don’t waste your money or time with this place.

Ordered the impossible double beast burger combo. Look at this burger! It’s a real meat patty, only one patty and I didn’t even get the lettuce and grilled onions I paid extra for. The bun was cold as all get out …the entire burger was cold and old! I wish I could give no start! When I called it was a call center and dude had horrible customer service. Like bro I just waited an hour and this is what I got have some concern this is your product! Waisted 20 bucks because I just throw that iish away!

Ordered the chandler burger which was bland and tasteless, the nashville hot chicken is a joke. 2 chicken tenders in between ketchup and mayo. I dont know where the "Nashville Hot" comes into play since it was basically chicken tenders frim the freezer. In town staying in seattle and love all the content from Mr.Beast, food is just garbage and sad. Not worth the high price. Wish i could have my money back

I have to say, I was very disappointed today with our order. We ordered three burgers total including a chicken sandwich. They were very stale, cold and the bottom bun was soggy as well. also the fries taste it like they were deep-fried in very very old oil. Cant recommend or come back again unless they change up some stuff. As a door Dash order, they also forgot my drink.

Burger was very good, just got the basic beast style. Added the onions which were . I didn't have any issues with cold food for delivery, nothing burnt or too soggy. I will say the beast style fries were okay, but not the best. I'll be getting normal fries next time. I too had my combo delivered without a drink. This appears to be a consistent problem here. Are drinks not set out with the food? Do the drivers not know to get one from the fridge? Someone should figure it out.

I am a huge fan of smash style burgers. And I love trying new places so when I found this place I was excited to give it a try. I have only one good thing to say about my order. The Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich was crispy and included a pickle the chicken wasn't even "spicy" by any standard. Total let down but hey it is a burger joint so I want to upset about it. Then the cheeseburger I ordered I was surprised to find that everything was burnt. The bread was burnt, the cheese was burnt and the patty was burnt. I feel like the meat may have only been seasoned with a actual metric ton of salt but I can't say definitely over the taste of everything being burnt. I was super sad by my order as I was really hoping for someplace close to me that had a good smash burger. I truly hope this was a "One - Off" issue and they do better but I don't think I will be giving them another chance.

Ordered from Uber Eats. Took 2 hours to get my food! The driver arrived and waited for about 30 minutes finally got my order of 4 burgers and booked over. I don't understand how it takes almost 2 hours to prepare 4 burgers and 2 orders of fries?! My initial wait time listed by Uber was 45 minutes, there were no glitches and my order went through no problem. Then we sat and watched as the time kept getting longer and longer while the restaurant was STILL preparing my order!! Then to top it all off our order was missing the fries! They even have an accuracy card on the bag, check marked and everything! I don't understand! If you can't keep up with volume you should be closing down your food delivery options until you can! Awful!! Burger itself is only ok, you have to pay for condiments like ketchup and mayo! I'd say this burger is comparable to a burger from Wendy's, but you pay more!

Fries were soggy and the “seasoning” that was on it was spilled completely on one single fry. The chicken on the chicken sandwich was like eating the stringy joints of some random malnourished bird. Just disappointing and way to expensive for garbage
