Mr Suds Late Night Coin-Op

Washers are good for the most part, a few are run down, but the dryers, the dryers suck. The dry time per quarter is inconsistent, one will give you 10 mins per quarter, some 8mins or 7 mins, and to top it off the drying is incosistant, like the lint traps aren't cleaned or vents are clogged. I feel I spent 5 dollars too much on the drying. Save your money and go else where.

Machines don't work and tweakers live here at night. Seems the guys that owns this place isnt taking card of it at all. This place is just here to take your money.

Things seem to be looking up. Rumor has it that Mrs. Suds(aka Bubbles) is taking over the management so Mr. Suds can focus on making sure the machines work. I can tell things seem to be much cleaner and happier people lately.

This place doesn't rate one single star! There is not one thing to like about this dump. Please note that all the 4 & 5 star reviews were written 3 to 5 years ago. I used to use this laundry about 6 years ago when my washer & dryer were broken. If I lost money, I received it in the mail within days. I recently found myself dependent on a laundromat again. This place has gone so far down hill that it is now part of the sewer. I don't believe this place has been cleaned since the last time I was there. The machines are in such bad shape that I lost money in the 1st 4. Then when it came ttime to dry - well I lost money in 2 of the dryers. I lost a total of Ten dollars that first day. There were only 2 refund slips and I used those and had to write my own on scrap paper for the rest. A lot of good that did. It's been 6 weeks and no refund. I went one more time after that incident - lost 3 more dollars and ran into a young man who informed me that the only way to get my money back was to show up early and wait for the owner to empty the machines. This young man also told me about the Vermont hills laundry. It cost 25 cents more to wash - but big deal! The place is spotless and all the machines worked! Its not very far from this dump- just go up 45th to Vermont and its right on the corner next to plaid pantry. I will also be reporting this dump to the better business bureau and the city inspector who should shut this dump down! Stay away from this place. I have no doubt that bugs and disease are everywhere and on every surface.
