The lady who owns this Mr Sub as well as the one at Simcoe and Taunton has the best customer service. But the best part is the sandwiches she creates. Always neat never sloppy. Never missing a step. She just knows what she’s doing. There is nothing worse than someone who makes a sloppy sub they never taste great. But this location you will always be satisfied. Every bite is perfect. To top it off the location is extremely clean at all times. I never leave reviews so this says a lot Thanks. Michelle/Nicki
Service was good, very friendly and helpful. Tables were clean and it’s bright in there. The sub was good, the bread could have been a bit fresher though didn’t seem like same day bread, that would make it a 5 star experience. At a place all about bread/subs, the bread should be fresh.
Hi just wondering why the sub loyalty card doesn't work at this location,? I was told by a employee that it has not worked since last winter, sorry but that's a little long, I was told to contact mr.sub to get my points which is inconvenient. A situation like this should not take this long to resolve.
Lady that was working when I went in was extremely ignorant and was throwing her knife around and slammed the knife down on the couter when I asked her to re make my sub bc she put mushrooms on it when I'm allergic to mushrooms and when I told her I wanted a new sub she first tried to just take the mushrooms off even after I told her I was allergic to mushrooms contacted the manager of the store today and he was also extremely ignorant hung up on me and when I called back he refused to listen to my complaint and just kept telling me have a good day contact head office there is nothing I can do I have contacted head office as well as health canada and the better business break

I have been to this location several times and the service and food was average. I went last night with my granddaughter. The store had every precaution in place possible. It smelled clean, appeared clean and the staff, one of who I assumed was the owner were kind and courteous. Our subs were made to perfection with no skimping on the meats like I’ve experienced at other locations or competitor stores. The one I assumed was an owner gave my granddaughter a couple of cookies. We will be definitely be back! 2 thumbs up.

Love the new owners and the service they provide! I have only been in a few times, but the amazing man and woman are already getting to know me, and ask about my little ones. Great service, great sub. This is my families favourite lunch spot and we always get what we come for.
