This review is based on my most recent visit to Panera Bread which happens to be my first in almost three years. We were quickly greeted as we entered which is always nice. I find the menu pretty easy to read which helps because there are a lot of options. I have always been fond of the pick 2 which I'm glad was still present. I always know I'm going to be selecting some kind of soup and get it in that delicious sourdough bread bowl. This visit I went with the Mexican corn chowder. I also chose mac n cheese. My girlfriend ordered the broccoli cheddar soup in the edible bowl and a sandwich. We ordered for dine in and were given a little buzzer which would let us know when the food was served. Maybe 10 minutes later the buzzer went off and I went to collect the food. The most interesting thing was that our food was packaged up for take away rather than for dine in which I thought was bizarre. Everything was individually wrapped and sealed up. At our booth we had to open everything and basically serve it ourselves. My girlfriend went up to them and asked them for plates and cutlery as that is what we were used to being served on. She was informed that at this time they don't do that and will be starting that soon. Strange. With that small issue aside everything was great. The bread is so fresh and tasty. The soups were great. The sandwich had a great flavour. Mac n cheese was perhaps the best I have had at a fast food restaurant in a very long time. Overall a pretty solid experience with a small blemish being that we were expecting to be served on plates and given proper cutlery. Maybe the next time.
I had lunch with my daughters , they did not like the food as it was not good enough for them , the ambiance of restaurant is comfy , a bit pricy as well, I would not recommend.
I had a great time during my last visit to this location. FYI, they do have a drive-through. Foods were warm and taste great. Service was really, really quick. This is probably due to the start of lunch hour and less busy...nonetheless I appreciate the promptness. All the items that I ordered were really good and we all enjoyed them. What can be improved, greetings and smiles were missing at the front desk. The menu board looks dull and lackluster. The digital board with images would be a great addition. Overall, we were very happy . Kid-friendliness: Definitely kids friendly...choose what kids wants. But the options aren't huge! Parking: Limited parking spots. Wheelchair accessibility: There are accessible parking and entrance door.
Theire food is very delicious and fresh but expensive - you get what you pay for here. The salads and sandwiches are great, and I highly recommend their brownie if you want something sweet. My only complaint is that it's pretty slow at lunch, regardless of if it's a weekday or weekend. It makes it hard to come here on my lunch break. Otherwise this is a great location with great staff. Vegetarian options: Many delicious vegetarian options for sandwiches, and of course salads.
I've been going to this location since it opened. At first the portions were a good size but lately you get such a small amount but pay and arm and a leg for it. If I order a bowl of food, I except it to be filled to the brim, not 50% filled up. What a joke.
Really good food, but as I was ordering my food mychit says heather as the server , the older lady with the mask and pixie glass was rude to the black girl I believe she was training because my friends chit says jon Infront of all the costumers. Next time speak to her privately or just be a good human being and say things nicely. The black girl that did serve me was so sweet and great costumer service skills. Feb 8th 2023 at 12:51 . Heather doesn't deserve to be there.
Visited Panera today and ordered their new Pepperoni, Mozzarella cheese sandwich. It was awful. Hardly any pepperoni, cheese or sauce, a very dry tasteless sandwich. I ate a quarter of it and threw the rest out. Very disappointed. The first time I’ve ever had something bad from there.
Nice indoor seating area with a outdoor patio. I ordered the steak and cheddar cheese on panini bread, and it came in little slices of meat and packaged cheese. The taste was good but for $10 I think they should increase the amount of the meat and serve with real cheddar cheese. I don't think that I would go back.
The way my food taste rn is Divine simply Divine, you really have outdone yourselves AGAIN panera, I was debating this or McDonald’s and I’m so glad I spent the $50 on panera. Thank you so much for yummy in tummy xoxo gossip girl
Customer Service 101... acknowledge customers in your store... I went to pickup an order and was ignored by several employees including a gentleman working at the cash without looking up once despite me standing in front of him. Eventually someone handed over my order.
