This was the best storage place I've ever dealt with up till i was in a accident and was unable to call them myself and had my sister call and explained she was calling for me due to me being in a accident and had been in hospital in a medical coma and she recieved a call back saying they wouldnt talk to her that i had to call. And now due to that situation they caused me to lose my storage unit since they refused to speak to my sister about anything and said i had to call. So thanks Mr. Storage for not speaking with my sister to recieve the payment and allow mw to keep my unit and belongings.

Awful Customer Service! One price for a storage unit was advertised online and I was told a different price in the store.. They said they would honor the online price...then after I signed all the paperwork and was headed home. They called me and told me that they couldn't give me the unit at the website price and I had to pay the original price.. Not cool.. I felt like I was being swindled!
