We took our large SUV to remove pet hair from the entire car. And we have a giant shedding dog, and they did an amazing job. They squeezed us in due to our time constraints, and still managed to do a way better job than expected. The service was amazing, the people extremely professional yet warm, and willing to work with us to find a solution to our problems. Would highly recommend them to everyone.

Oh man, where should I start! That boss is the nicest guy ever, I told him I needed the car to be as clean as possible from the interior to the exterior. Perfect. I recently had my car detailed here and they knocked it out of the park. Very friendly service and priced fair. My car could not have been easy to clean since I play beach volleyball regularly and have accumulated an embarrassing amount of sand in all the nooks and crannies. Upon receiving the car back, it was difficult to find even a grain of sand left in the interior. Extremely happy with the results.

Went to Ephrem to inquire about detailing my car. My car had dirty seats as there were drinks spilled on the seats and also a smell from wet fabric seats. Ephrem explained all the deals and packages that are offered and advised me of the best one for what I needed to make this car perfect. Huge parking lot so no need to rush back to pick the car up. Upon inspecting the car , there were no trace marks left and everything was 100% cleaned with no issues. Car is cleaner from when I first purchased it. Will definitely be coming back. Thank you so very much to Ephrem, Awet and Biruk at Mr Shine Hand Car Wash and Detailing at 10 Lower Jarvis St, by the Loblaws parking lot for returning to me a large sum of cash that I thought I had lost! I had earlier dropped my handbag inside the car, spilling all its contents everywhere. I must've somehow inadvertently shoved the bills deep under the car seat because I just couldn't find them. I finished thinking the money must be in my other wallet. When I picked up my car just now from a wash and upholstery cleaning the guys immediately handed the cash over to me. They'd found it wedged deep under the seat, well out of sight. I can't describe how relieved and grateful I am. As usual, the car was of course cleaned to an excellent standard.
