The staff was very helpful and answered all of my questions. I got my car serviced quickly and made it out of there in a reasonable amount of time. Very pleased with my visit to this location.

I am updating my review to share my entire experience. I just recently got a brand-new car and brought it to KA Car Care, to get its first car washed so it can maintain that ‘brand new’ car look. At first I wasn’t overly happy with the outcome of the exterior hand wash. However, what happened after was one of the most attentive customer services I have every experienced. After expressing my concerns, the owner reached out to me. He was attentive, genuine, and assured me that their products and services do not reflect what I had just experienced. So, he insisted I bring my car back for a complete wash, wax, and polish. At first I was hesitant because I didn’t want to make it worst, but I agreed to have it washed again. I just picked up the vehicle and it looks great! Although some of the fine hair scratches are still visible (when you look real close and in bright lighting), I’ve come to terms that I don’t think this is avoidable on black/dark cars. However, I did learn a few things through this experience. KA Car Care does genuinely CARE about their customers and stands behind their quality of services. Regardless of your car type or age (new or old), it’s important to maintain regular car care. This includes regular full exterior wash to keep it looking nice and protected (wax, polish, buff etc.) this is just part of keeping your car healthy looking and Ka Car Care does a great job with this. I trust KA Car Care to detail/wash my car in the future. The excellent customer service won me over.

I took my 2008 Hummer H3 to this place after doing some off roading in it. It was covered in mud from top to bottom. They gave me the silver package and all I can say is WOW. I came back to a hummer that looked brand new. I could not find a spot of mud anywhere. They got in every little crevasse. I would take my truck back here anytime. Great customer service. Will definitely recommend this place to my off roading buddies. Thanks For the great job. Griffin

Got the silver package detailing for my mom's car, and was very satisfied with the results and the service. My mom's car was a mess, and when they were done with it, it was 100x better. Valuewise I don't think it can be beat. If you message them on Yelp, or email them, they are quick to respond to any questions you have. The owner and employees were all very friendly as well. Things to note: 1. it is in a green P, so you'll have to pay for parking. but even after tax, and tip, it's still a great price for an interior and exterior wash. 2. They run the heat in your car to dry the inside faster. So, make sure your heat works, and that you aren't low on gas.
