What do you do when you own a small business which is a restaurant that also houses an inn above it and your hot water tank starts to leak and you are in the middle of food service? Well...we called Mr. Rooter Plumbing of St. John's. Professional, on time and with 24 hour service they had us back up and running quickly enabling us to provide the best food, service and experiences to our guests. Thank you so much Mr. Rooter!

I've had Mr. Rooter for MANY services over the years and I have always had the maximum customer service responses. I am proud to be supporting a local business who do what they claim and in a friendly, personal and efficient way. Fast to respond and to follow up. Good prices, and problem-specific focus. The staff are 11 out of 10 and go the extra mile to reassure and to communicate effectively. I highly recommend this amazing company!

The staff was friendly, worked on my issue for 30 minutes and gave me good advice, but my problem did not get fixed and the bill was half what another plumber charged me to work on the problem for about 6 hours and fix my issue. They could have fixed my problem for a high price. I will personally go in the future with the other company that gave me more satisfaction at the end.

Cannot say enough good things about Mr. Rooter. From the time I first reached out regarding my issue with a water boiler to the time it was repaired was restricted by my availability. Huge thank you to Danny the on site tech for his prompt and professional attention to detail. Another quality job well done.

Mr. Rooter has an appalling policy on dealing with emergency situations and the backing of their 'professional' work is a sham. Several days after connecting the municipal water main to our retail business, the water main connection blew off overnight. The resultant flooding produced more the 6 inches of standing water in some places. Upon arrival the Mr.Rooter plumber claimed that the municipal service was to blame, despite no neighbors having problems and assurances from our Public Works department there were no anomalies in pressure. Incredibly, he then demanded that I pay up front to have them reconnect our water main. This approach to supporting your client and backing up your work is the most astoundingly ridiculous business practice I have ever encountered. Upon having another plumbing company reconnect the water main, they informed me that most likely cause was that the coupling was not adequately tightened. I will never again request the services of Mr.Rooter and I advise all other to avoid them. They do not support their clients and they do not back up their work!
