I was a bit surprised I always thought it would be very oily however I was pleasantly surprised that it was not oily at all very delicious different flavors, coffee was really good fun to bring to a party and they came out hot
Oh my gosh, another thing I wish was in Ontario. These are so delicious, it's hard to choose one flavour with so much selection. Ended up getting a box of 50, just so I could try multiple flavors maple, hazelnut biscotti and a Cinnabon type flavour. I wish they offered a variety box where you could get a couple of each flavour, that would be fantastic. Next visit to Montreal will definitely include a stop here....I need to try all of the other flavours!
I can only rate the store based on my personal taste, this is not an indictment of the business overall. I got a box delivered through DoorDash last night and it was, ok I guess? I do think the concept is interesting of freshly-made donut holes with your choice of icing but I personally didn't love it. It was good, but I mainly tasted dough. Clearly with the ready-to-order concept, they can't let them sit on a cooling rack to get properly iced, that wouldn't make sense. But I personally prefer TimBits. Nothing wrong with the restaurant, it's just a matter of personal taste. The quality was good, the donuts were warm and the icing was meh. I won't be ordering again but that's no one's fault, it just ain't for me.
Great service,great food. It was nice to see the staff training a new employee and they didn't seemed stressed at all about going a bit slower than usual,just really focused on showing him the ropes.
Great quality, friendly staff, quick production. My only complaint is the location. There's a parking lot around the corner, but you need to walk all the way around the bus shelter and terrace to get to the front door. They need a direct route especially on rainy days.
Always a great place if you want delicious treats.
Activate the flash pay instead of forcing people to give tips, specially when you order and pickup your own stuff. Besides that the products are great and clean. The staff is efficient.

Will be 5 star if they had something to protect against the rain while you wait outside. Otherwise service is great!
Puffs are either undercooked or too crispy. They don’t drizzle the toppings just dump them. I’ll drive to PAT from now on.
