Wasn't all that busy considering there were 4 people out front working the line, but the wait was more than expected. Still worth it. The medium cone is massive! Love it.
Price are really expensive for à small cornet
I went there last week, didn't go in a while and most of the staff were stiff and not smiling at all. Asked for 2 baby cones , which is what I always order there but in a bowl. They told us they can't do that, but they will give us the cone in the bowl. I mean , I'm not a chocolat favoris professionnal, but I never reveived my order this way. I'll try another choco fav next time , terrebonne's staff had zero emotions. Their Ice cream and chocolate is still amazing thought , just the customer service that needs to be worked on.
Cool place to visit with family and friends and enjoy delicious ice cream of all sorts. Staff is friendly and competent. They also have tons of other branded items like chocolates and syrups to purchase. Not the cheapest ice cream place but quality is almost top notch.
in the winter time you cannot find the vegan option at this location but still best place to have dipped ice cream <33 they have enough space to sit and have a bite, hot chocolate or just bars!
Great thick layer of chocolate on ice cream cones, and the poutine is an experience by itself! Great local business, with nice staff!
