It was super quiet when we went so there wasn't much of an atmosphere. Food was tasty and served nice and hot. Price wise it was better value for money than the keg for me, and I thought drinks were well priced.Food: 5/5
The establishment itself is 5 star. The staff was excellent. The place was spotless and the decor was fun. The food was hot, fresh and well prepared. The reason it is only 4 stars is I found it a bit overpriced for what it is. About the same price as The Keg and more than Chuck's. Should be somewhere in between.
Great from the beginning to the end. Great hostess, waitress, meal Ribeye. Definitely a restaurant to eat at again.
If I could rate this less than one star I would. Listen we understand it was st Patrick’s day and it was busy but our complaint is toward the ownership/ management. When we arrived to the restaurant we were not greeted and there were 3 hosts standing at front door, yet someone else who walks in after us gets the royal treatment. Not the end of the world at all. After finally being seated we waited 20 minutes for our server should have left thankfully our server was awesome! As we waited we witnessed multiple tables sending food back and lots of complaining it was clearly weighing on the server and I felt terrible. She was left to deal with each of these kitchen related complaints alone with no management support. This was already a bad sign and seemingly not a good night for the restaurant… but it gets actually much worse. Now for the show- A fight breaks out in the kitchen! Loud screaming, swearing and a dead silent restaurant listening In to a fight which as we found out was between a kitchen manager and a 19 year old female staff member. This was Absolutely appalling and downright disrespectful. We continue to eat our meal which thankfully was good, questioning how a restaurant and staff can rebound and what type of apology would be offered to each table for what turned into a dinner and a show. we then pay our bill and nothing was said or done at all to apologize or make right as if we all were not witness to what felt like a minor verbal assault. As we’re leaving I asked if the owner was present or manager of the restaurant and were told they were sitting at the bar during this episode. Now that is a missed opportunity on their part- each and every person in there should have been directly approached and apologized to for what was a circus act. You should thank your workers for showing up to work tomorrow if they do because what my family were witness to has left enough of an impression that we will never return to this establishment or a Mr Mikes location ever again!
Visited here three times over the past 6 months. Once in the evening and we dined in the bar area. Good service. Twice during the week at lunchtime in the dining room. Slow service. The food quality here is very good. We received 3 different menus to go through. Lots of options.Recommended dishesKickass Chicken Salad
We were underwhelmed. To start, the table was sticky. The spinach dip came out scorching hot, like still bubbling and the chips were meh. The steak I ordered was good, but the mashed potatoes were a bit cold and lacked flavour. The steak my boyfriend ordered was cold and not something he’d order again. Our server was a bit rude and not attentive, and it wasn’t that busy. We were excited to try Mr Mikes out and honestly, I doubt we will return. It’s expensive for a sub par, meh experience
My first time here. Food was absolutely delicious. Our server Jack was extremely polite and friendly, and made sure all of our needs were met. Will definitely come back.
Went Saturday night with friends. Our server Kystina was fantastic. Personable, came to check in on us from time to time, answered questions. Our husband's both had the ribeye, said it was perfectly cooked, side serving sizes were nice, not to small. My friend and I both had the fish and chips. Delicious!!! EXCEPT for the coleslaw...omgoodness, THIS is a 1 star...tasted like perfume. Prices and food were excellent. So only downfall thing i found was...well, the coleslaw and I LOVE coleslaw and found the music to loud and couldn't hear the greatest, had to keep repeating loudly to each other. Oh and the Strawberry Daqauri that Krystina made was AWESOME!!!
Service and atmosphere we ok but both our steaks we ordered were not correct and tasted awful. Mine came overcooked and my partners was undercooked, just. They did replace my steak and cooked it properly but still tasted awful along with the vegetables and potatoes.Food: 1/5
