Mr. Lube in Walmart

Took our truck to these guys to get a slow leak in a tire fixed, that they found was caused by a nail...no biggie. HOWEVER they informed us that they "found" a big slice along the belts on the edge of the tire. They tried to blame another actual tire company of causing the damage when they installed the tire on its winter rims 3 years ago. This cut obviously destroyed the tire, which clearly would have made it impossible to last for the past 3 years without blowing immediately. So we had the tire inspected at a number of different tire companies and they all said the tire was destroyed when it was taken off, as the cut was rough edged with small pieces of rubber hanging from it, and no lube was applied during the removal process. My girlfriend went in with written proof that showed they destroyed this tire, to which they replied "we don't care what you do, we aren't replacing it" The manager put the district manager on the phone, and we verbally abused and insulted my girlfriend over the phone, and said "he didn't care what she did, he wasn't replacing that tire." Now because of the treatment the store manager and store manager gave to my girlfriend who actually has known the store manager since he started as she works for Walmart, I am going to make it my mission in life now to cost him, and his district manager their jobs! I am not going to let this go, and will be talking to a lawyer about this case this week. So beware when you take your car/truck to these incompetent people for service...CUSTOMER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! P.S. I had to give them 1 star, because it won't let you post if you don't give them any.

Don't let your wife take a vehicle here or they will most likely try to take advantage of her. First off they charge $50 for a tire rotation when the dodge dealership does it for free during an oil change. 2nd they wanted to charge her $300 to fix a brake fluid leak on one of the callipers. Since she only went for an oil change she said no. I brought the car to my buddy who is a mechanic, he changed two brass washers in ten minutes and it was fixed. Cost $11. We went here for the free wiper blades, will be the last time. Please don't respond with your cut and paste bull asking for my license plate because you want to investigate further. Theres enough reviews on here that you should have fixed the problem by now.

My third time visiting this location. Price was much higher then quoted. I needed two tires installed that were purchased through its location. Received 26 refund on a 255 service. (Included oil change). Quoted time 1.5. And It took 2.5 hours— I didn’t leave the store for that amount of time. Only to having my trucks tire sensors fixed at fountain tire in Airdrie because of an improper install. Vehicle was serviced on a Monday and I had the repair done today (Thursday). Also the way Mo speaks to some of the customers is very be littling and rude.

They don't let you drive your own car in or turn your own ignition on and off. Very different experience than the usual drive up and drive in experience.

Went to this place to take advantage of the free oil change for veterans Mr Lube offered for today. Was turned away and told no more oil changes would be done...3 hrs before closing. No less than 3 staff members were sitting doing nothing. With 2 or three empty bays. I'd be having a chat about gold bricking w my staff and manager if I owned that particular facility.
