I had a car accident and I was referred to fix auto.   From start to finish, the were professional and very accommodating for my busy schedule.   Reception called me to give updates on the repair progress and they made good on their promise to have my car repaired as I said I was leaving to go out of province.    When I received my vehicle, I noticed that the inside was also wiped down and cleaned.   The repair was done so well that you can't even tell I was ever in an accident....... Wow!  Would recommend the service here!

I was recommended fix auto by my insurance company after my back end got smashed. They were wonderful! They contacted me that day and arranged my vehicle pick up, and were so friendly. They also completed the work ahead of their estimated time and even though I was unable to get there by closing, someone stayed a little later knowing I was anxious to get my vehicle back(it had been 4 weeks already). The customer service was amazing, and my vehicle drives and looks just as wonderful as before the accident (maybe even better as they detailed the inside also!).  Highly recommended fix auto!

I was rear-ended in February and was distraught from the situation, mainly just because my vehicle is less than a year old and from my inexperience with car wrecks. After a while of back and forth with insurance and all was good to go, I was told my vehicle would be in repair for approximately a week, with the possibility of the time extending if more damage was to be found. I was pleasantly surprised when I got a phone call only three days later with them saying my car was ready to be picked up. I was ecstatic! I quickly picked up my car and while looking at the work that had been done you could not even tell that the entire back portion of my bumper had been replaced! The receptionists were very kind and took the time to guide me through this process, which I am very thankful for. On top of returning my vehicle early and doing a perfect job, they also provided a wonderful service of detailing the inside. All in all I am extremely happy I was directed to Fix Auto and would love to do business again in the future.

Brought my truck in to have the hood redone after it was vandalized. My daughter had work done there and really liked them. The quality of work on my truck was excellent,  I was very impressed. I also had them put 3M on my hood and fenders. Flawless work, couldn't be happier!! Plus the truck was washed and the interior detailed, WOW!!!  The truck felt like brand new again!  I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone needing auto body repairs.

These guys are fantastic. My repair is flawless, communication was prompt, pleasant, and honest. Plus they detailed my car before I picked it up, what a pleasant surprise! Amazing staff, clean and updated office, with a little complimentary coffee bar. Above and beyond for service, I fully recommend Fix Auto Airdrie!
