Mr. Locksmith

This place is a SCAM! I never leave reviews, but I have to so other people aren't scammed like I was. Over the phone, they tell you that it'll cost $65, with a $95 "service" fee. Maybe I should've realized this was too good to be true. When the guy arrived he said it'll cost me $300 because of the type of lock? (which is just a turn to lock door knob, super simple) I refused, and said he would do it for $250 instead. Makes you wonder how much he is pocketing for himself. Such a scam. There are many other places that'll do it for cheaper with better service. I really never think it's fair to rate somewhere one star, but this type of lying should be ILLEGAL!!

Mr. Locksmith Vancouver is the best company out there! They were so quick, fast and efficient! Totally licensed, bonded and insured as well. The girl that works in the store is so smart too and super nice! Alex was a gem and helped me with my lock and cut keys for me. He's such a bubbly loving teddy bear I love him so much. Oh and Terry the CEO of Mr. Locksmith is so amazing! I can just talk about this company all day on how I LOVE them and how professional they are! Oh how I love Mr. Locksmith Vancouver! I am so happy I chose them!

i called terry from mr locksmith after locked myself out of my house, forgot about the fact that i was waiting over 2 hours for him to arrive. he was unable to open a pretty basic deadbolt from home depot, after trying to pick it for 20 min he said he will have to drill it and then charged me additional 200$ to change it! people like this guy doesn't deserve any business!

I waited a whole hour for a technician to come to me. I called three times to make sure someone was coming and each time they said that they'll have someone call me. I received zero calls. I canceled it. Turns out the technician was stuck in traffic and they were going to give me a new tech. I denied. Wasn't going to wait any longer for such unprofessional people.

Words can hardly express the terrible experience I had with Mr Locksmith. They were misleading about their prices, extremely slow, and unbelievably rude (especially their manager, Terry). I would NEVER recommend this locksmith to anyone
