Absolutely amazing food. Service is wonderful, everyone working there is so nice. I have ate here many times and have never been disappointed. I highly highly recommended eating here you won’t regret it.

Well, I'm back a 2nd time, so they're doing something right. They claim to be "Etobicoke's best kitchen" and I see every reason to take that seriously. Had the "Ringer" burger with fries and drink : 19.80$ inclusive. Lightly smashed patties, nice crisp edges but cooked just right inside. Also sampled the Greek Poutine, which was a surprisingly good flavor combo.

Food delivered is not what I ordered. I ordered spaghetti with tomato sauce. Received spaghetti with meat sauce that was so spicy I could not eat it. Ordered a Coke zero. Received a diet Coke. Very disappointing.

As a 1st time customer, I was excited to try. I waited for a minute or so at counter, then rang the bell a couple of times. I could hear them all in the back kitchen area, laughing loud & boisterous. Obviously not listening for customers ring the bell. They should have had their ears in tune of bell rang for service as a newly established diner. After a couple of minutes a line formed, us all waiting for SOMEONE to come out & take orders. I LEFT AFTER 2 MINUTES, LISTENING TO A PARTY IN THE BACK KITCHEN THE WHOLE TIME!!!! I'd give less than 1 star if I could, just based on my experience, without even trying food- because I never got the chance! Ugh!! NEW BURNHAMTHORPE LOCATION. THUMBS DOWN TO CUSTOMER SERVICE! UPDATE- May 9, 2023 Mr. Jacks reached out to me, & I took them up on an offer to come in & try a burger/fries combo. I must say their food is delicious! Great fries, the gravy was amazing, I was dipping my burger in it too, tho I didn't need to bc the patty tasted homemade grilled & juicy, with the softest, fresh bun & toppings. YUM I recommend that others should definitely stop in & try Mr. Jacks. They have a huge variety of sandwiches plus many other food options to decide from on their menu. Next I'd like to try their Quesadilla... The service has greatly improved. Thank you Ruban

Nothing special really. But still good food if you feel like some wings or a burger. prices are not too bad either. Nice little spot. Vegetarian options: Definitely a place for carnivores.

Ordered a cheeseburger combo and upgraded poutine and charged me $8 for the poutine upgrade when poutine is $8.99 by itself. Really weird pricing I must say. Then tells me they charged extra $5 because they upgraded small fries to medium poutine but math doesn’t add up. 10.99 plus 5 with tax is 18.06 and they still charged me 21.45. I wouldn’t recommend this place. Tried to give them business and they failed.

It was my first time ordering from here and i have to say the food was really good my family and myself are very happy. I definitely will be ordering from here agian.

Great variety of burgers, pastas, wraps and quesadillas. Quick service and the staff and owners are very polite and friendly. Must go place for fresh and tasty food.

Food was amazing! Staff was great. Large variety to choose from. Definitely recommend!!

ordered the fish and chips and it was great, for the amount of food and quality you get for the price its 100% worth it
