Awesome experience and an amazing discovery. Such a clever idea to have kitchens representing some of Toronto's favourites Cabano's, Impact, Pai and more all under one roof. Super convenient with a ton of variety, all followed up with excellent quality and customer service. Will be back!

We ordered a lot of food and requested no lettuce as there is a food sensitivity. A sandwich and Burger still arrived with lettuce on it. This is obviously a concern when it comes to dietary restrictions and food allergies. Also, the burger patties from Carbon were dry and grey inside and the mac&cheese was almost flavourless. Aside from that, everything else was great. Loved the ribs, quinoa onion rings, pulled pork, and the Buffalo chicken wrap.

Larry from Queensway Kitchen Hub was very customer centred in answering my questions and following up with a missed item in my order. He spent 20 minutes on the phone with me listening to my feedback and suggestions. This truly is a company that values customer service and supporting local Toronto restaurants. Will be back again!

No crispy noodles. I ordered Extra noodles, yet didn't even get the fried one that was supposed to be included. Beef was not properly cleaned after braising, 15% was tendon and very gummy. Soft noodles were over oiled, leading to a garlic oil flavoured curry. No cilantro included. Quite disappointed. Chef Nuit would be appalled.Food: 2/5

Came for Cabanos Chicken burgers.. unfortunately they don’t make them anymore which was a bummer! We decided to try Pai.. Larry at the front was great.. so helpful, friendly and warm.. he made the ordering process smoother.. Great service; even though this is a restaurant experience.

Food and service was fantastic. Larry was especially patient dealing with the two very hungry people. Thank you for the yummy food and great service. We’ll be back to try some other tasty treats.

Tested good ,however,the brownies tray presentation was not good enough

Ordered the platter and Mac and cheese again and this food feeds your soul. The ribs are delicious and the sausages are hands down the best I’ve ever eaten. This is Carbon Barbeque at Kitchen Hub.

Really disappointed with the quality control, the order of Chicken & Mushroom Alfredo had been pre-made I’m assuming and left on a warmer of some sort as the bottom layer of the pasta was burnt and the Side Sweet Potato Fries basically went to the organic bin as they were almost completely reheated and shrivelled up from sitting to long after being fried up, Scarlet Sunrise Pizza was pretty descent. I dished out almost $60 including tax for burnt pasta and reheated fries.
