Brought in Samsung Galaxy tab with a shattered screen. Guy told me it wasn't worth fixing. Quoted me $250 or more. Offered a smaller tablet, claimed brand new although not wrapped. I tried to turn it on but no power. I asked if it didn't work what could be done? He quoted a full 30 day money back guarantee. I bought the tablet. Doesn't take visa, only cash or debit. Checked other stores, found a better deal elsewhere. Brought the tab back the next day for refund. Dude claimed all sales final. I argued he quoted 30 day money back guarantee yesterday, what was the difference today. He denied he said that and accused me of not reading the receipt. I said there was a 15 day money back guarantee on the receipt. He argued a 15% restocking fee. I said, "As soon as I receive a full refund, I'll be leaving for good." Got my refund. Went over to London Drugs, received relaxed service and chose a device. Problem solved.

Looking for a white universal power cord. Lots online, figured I'd give the local retailer a shot but I guess I'm a joke and he told me he would paint it for me.. turns out lots of people have white walls. Will not conduct business there with that poor attitude. Gonna save money online as well. Enjoy

Not the best service . Upsetting they way they treat people!Would not recommend! !!!!!!!!! Go somewhere else anywhere do some research frist. Sad Maple Ridge has so few shop and the one that are here treat people like they don't want you to come back.
